Mentor Program

Scorcher says, ' For all the New members to the Guild or to Neopets, Get a Mentor who'll teach you everything about the Guild. You may ask any questions to your mentor either about the guild or neopets. Mentors are Experts in Neopets and old members of the Guild who know everything.'

To Get a Mentor

Rules

• VERY IMPORTANT: After 20 days (or more if the mentor says it is required) of having a mentor the newbie is considered to be graduated from the Mentor Program and gets moved up one rank. The newbie will then no longer receive help from that or any other mentor, but they can contact their former mentor for help if the mentor is willing to allow it.

• Mentors must always be polite and courteous.

• Newbies must not ever be rude to their mentors!

• Newbies may NOT mistreat their mentors in any way.

• Mentors may request another pupil if the pupil acts up in the ways above or in other ways that are offensive.

• Newbies must be patient as the Mentors must be too.

• Mentors are not on call 24 hours a day, newbies must give at time for the mentors to respond if you have ask a question by email or neomail.

• Mentors must at least check their neomail once every other day unless going on vacation, sick or they provide some other valid excuse.

• Mentors do not have to monetarially support the newbie. They however must provide quest help (show you where to go to get whatever item), show you how to do things that you do not understand, and show the newbie how to make Neopoints on a regular basis.

• This volunteer job does give those who take it access to job workers only contests (in the future), rank point boosts, special awards (mentor of the month) and other such things.

Mentoring is a hard job it takes patience and understanding.

·  Must have been in guild for at least a week.

·  Must comply with rules above.
