| Visions of Escaflowne is one of the first and still one of the best Animes I believe I've ever seen. It features a girl, Hitomi, from Earth. She is a sprinter and a tarot card reader. While being torn by love and seperation, she is transported to the mystical planet of Gaea. She meets a new king, Van, whose homeland has been destoyed, a cat-girl named Merle, and a kind knight named Allen. Will Hitomi ever make it back to Earth? |
