| The purpose of thefloydgalleries is to make available on the web several, high-quality screencaps from Pink Floyd DVDs. Currently I only have two galleries, those being "Pink Floyd: Live in Pompeii" and "The Pink Floyd and Syd Barrett Story." I intend to screencap "Classic Albums- Pink Floyd-Dark Side of the Moon", "Roger Waters-The Wall (Live in Berlin)", "The Wall" and maybe take a few from the film "La Vallee" for whatever purpose. More DVDs might be considered in the future, but this is all I own right now. An important reminder about the pictures featured at this site is that all those displayed are from various films and therefore are copyrighted material. I don't technically "own" them or hold any sort of rights to them, so I cannot give permission to others to make profit off of them nor do I condone any one doing so. I put these up with the sole interest of allowing people to view some pretty awesome pictures of a pretty awesome band. Don't use misuse my site. If this happens, "thefloydgalleries" might become just another broken link. In addition, these pictures took lots of time to get from DVD to website. Please do not put them on your own website or claim that they are your own. If I'm going to be ripped off, I don't see any need to keep "thefloydgalleries" going. I have also started an "other" section; so far my plan is to add quotes that I obtain from Pink Floyd DVDs that might be of interest to read--other developments such as wallpapers for your computer, historical information, etc. are being considered. I have been graciously linked to "A Fleeting Glimpse" and can be found on that website under "Odds & Sods & Links." I run one other site, ewymc, which is dedicated to the actor Ewan McGregor.
