Ingo Douglas Swann... Civilian Pioneer Remote Viewer, Psychical Consultant, Artist, Lecturer, Etc. Swann was the main (and only known) participant in the "Original" OOBE/Beacon (RV) Experiment. Setting the present name for the early model of what would be known as "Remote Viewing. Swann, not happy with all the results, would leave the ASPR in 1973, and continue his RV development participation as part of the RV Team at The Stanford Institute (SRI) in California. |
