American Society for Psychical Research (ASPR)...    Most renowned scientific institution on the research and study of parapsychology, and the paranormal. Situated in New York City, it was the site for early studies and a key location for experiments in ESP, Telepathy, Out of Body Experiences (OOBE) and Astral Viewing.    Around the late 1960's, under the direction of ASPR Research Director, Dr. Karis Osis. He spearheaded the finding of a "Control Factor" in astral projection. Under the OOBE/Beacon Experiments (RV) in early 1972, along with ASPR research associate, Dr. Janet Mitchell and RV Participant Pioneers, Keith Harary, A. Edward Moch, Ingo Douglas Swann, Members of The 14% Club, Etc, would model and contribute important psychical data to these series of experiments that the name "Remote Viewing would later be coined. Col. Rex Applegate (-)... U.S. Army/O.S.S. Instructor

A member of the storied O.S.S. who taught fellow O.S.S. and U.S. Army intelligence officers how to kill an enemy quickly and silently in face to face combat during World War II, was also an associate of well known COI/OSS director... Col William "Wildbill" Donovan. According to Intuitive/psychical Consultant, Doris Chu... Like Col.. Donovan, Col. Applegate also had an interest in Psychical Operations. According to Ms. Chu, she claims to have met the six foot three inch tall Applegate as a little girl, whom he was aquainted with Chu's father, back when they lived in Hawaii.. Many years later... Chu would come full circle, and meet the elder Applegate, now involved as a Law Enforcement consultant/weapons instructor. During World War II... It would be noted that Col Donovan approached Applegate to build a state of the art training camp. Called O.S.S. camp "Area B"... it would later be renamed "Camp David"... after President Eisenhower's grandson David Eisenhower..

Association for Research and Enlighenment (ARE)... A world known parapsychological, alternative medical/health and research foundation began in the 1920's by Founder and Famous Psychic Reader, Edgar Cayce. Over the years, the ARE located in Virginia Beach Virginia, would become a repository for important research and data information on the study of the astral sciences and the power of psychical healing. Though there is no present official record of any direct remote viewing studies being done during the 1970's, it is noted of the numerous visitors at the ARE and The Cayce Center, that renowned, Native American Medicine Man, Rolling Thunder, American Pioneer Remote Viewer, A. Edward Moch, and Dutch Psychic Dowser, G. Dykeshoon, were at the ARE/The Cayce Center researching in 1975.

Frederick Skip Atwater... Psychical/Remote Viewing Consultant, Former Military Remote Viewer

An operations and training officer member of the US Army Remote Viewing Program. Mr. Atwater was sent to consult and later became good friends with Bob Monroe. Today Mr. Atwater operates  the renowned Monroe Insitiute of Applied Sciences, continuing the study of 'Out of Body' (OOBE)/Remote Viewing, and other related psychical  studies.
