| Renowned American Psychic Reader/Healer (Astral Viewer), Originally from Kentucky, and founder of Association for Research and Enlightenment (ARE) in Virginia Beach Virginia. Cayce was given the name "The Sleeping Phophet" for his style of "reading" or "astral Viewing". So much extensive data from Cayce's life has been important in the later R&D of the Science of Remote Viewing. It is noted that Cayce was heavily approached many times by the US Government, and concerned mothers for their son's in Europe and the Pacific during WWII for his Psychical Analysis that lead him to "psychical stress and exaustion" and to his passing. Cayce's sleeping technique may have been a form of early "remote viewing". His uncanny and accurate ability to psychically diagnosis and prescribe for individuals near and far away gave Cayce's data validity and was an important early "AV/RV" model. | Renown American Parapsychologist, and Research Director of The Association for Research and Enlightenment (ARE). Grandson of the Renowned Psychic Reader/Healer (Astral Viewer), Edgar Cayce. Taking the Cayce family torch In the 1970's, Cayce would be the Research Director into psychical and parapsychological research at the Association for Research and Enlightenment (ARE) in Virginia Beach, Virginia. It was during that time that Cayce would extend additional data and scientific R&D into the study of ESP and Parapsychological Studies. Though there is no official acknowledgement that Cayce and the ARE were directly doing research into "Remote Viewing at that time, it is noted that Renowned Pioneer Remote Viewer, A. Edward Moch visited the ARE in the spring of 1975, returned later that month, to stay and study for the summer-autumn season at the ARE, and was scientifically tested for his general psychical abilities by Cayce. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

Hugh Lyn Cayce and the rest of the Cayce family (See Dr. Charles Thomas Cayce), and would continue to expand the ARE into a renowned worldwide organization, publishing and providing books and publications by way of the ARE Press. He would continue to operate as a member of the board of directors right up to the Late 1970's. It is not known at this time if Hugh Lyn Cayce had any direct connections to the R&D of what would be called "Remote Viewing"... but in 1975, he did meet with Renowned Pioneer Remote Viewer, A.
