I have been a fan of the old shows sinced they originally aired, but had not seen and of "The New Class" episodes until recently (I picked up seasons 1 and 3 on DVD.)

A lot of people have knocked The New Class for one reason or another, but I have to say they really grew on me. Sure, they re-use old storylines, but generally just the good ones, and they also put enough of a spin on them to make them fresh. It made me realize that it wasn't just the original cast that made this series great, but also the formula of the show itself.

It's a shame that they did a cast change after the first season. I really liked the 3 cast members they dropped. The ones they added were... eh. And the "Crunch" guest star has to be my favorite from any season of "Saved By the Bell".

In other words, for those of you who haven't checked "The New Class" out, I think you'll appreciate this continuation at Bayside High.
