Royal Members and their Royal Subjects This group is made up of Honorable members. They are as follows: 1) King - Bane-Blood(Eric) 2) Queen – Emperium_Queen (Lina) 3) Prince - LinkofEK (Dion) 4) Princess - Emperia (Emmy) 5) Lord - ChampionofEK (Shawn) 6) High Priest - ( RESERVED 4 David - (Apprentice OPEN) 7) Lord - Poisson-Pourri/Hazemag (Jonny) 8) Lord - FlameofHeavenEK(Chaise - in-active member) 9) Baron - Minou-Minou (Mike) 10) Lord - samurai_EK (Chris) 11) Lord - Caution-God (Gary) 12) Dutchess - LadyEmari (Emari) 13) Lady - Softball24 (Kathleen) 14) Lady - LadyofLake (Francesca) Their role is to help sponsor new squires along with any member that is also sponsoring the squire.They also review and discuss on special issues and votes in two instances: 1) For disciplinary issues where a removal vote is needed 2) To vote on a new seat for the Royal Line. 3) To vote in recognition of new members The Founder shall cast the deciding vote. Royal members and subjects are also responsible to co-sponsor an squire. This entails introducing the squire to the guild. Making sure the squire understands our charter and rules, and fits into our guild ideals. As well, the sponsor MUST provide ALL of the squires’ info including char race, class, level, and email IMMEDIATELY after joining. Failure to do so will result in two things: 1) The squire will not be considered joined and on roll till that information is sent. 2) If the information has not been received after a week of the squire's first completed task, the sponsor shall be given a warning. (Three warnings and the sponsor will not longer be allowed to sponsor anyone.) 2. Knights: The job is to help anoint squires with our guild name and to sponsor or co sponsor an squire. To help guide all squires, their own and other knight squires to become citizens/members of the guild. Follow all decrees, laws, rules and codes. To uphold the Chivalric Code and never forsake a friend in need. Knight Sir Brian (=In-Active Member) Sponsorship is now limited to one squire each HOWEVER, the squire still must be known and vouched for by at least one member of the EK BEFORE being tagged. All sponsors (NOT THE SQUIRES’) are responsible to have their Squire information sent to a Royal Council within a reasonable time period ( within the week of tagging the squire.) If you cannot comply, you should rethink being a sponsor. Please make sure your squire knows the Guild's homepage, and is pointed to read the charter. They should be in the very least aware of who we are and what we represent in the face of Battle net. To tag an squire, the knight must be in same zone as squire and type /Invitation ( squire’s name) AFTER getting the squire info to send to a Royal Council member via email In other words, I never send a tag till I have all info written on a piece of paper in front of me to email. 3. Treasure Keeper - Currently is held by The High Priest. This person will orchestrate mules for pickup of any guild donations and maintain an inventory of stock. Begging for items will not be tolerated; instead it shall be decided based on need. Once a person has been selected for an item, the treasurer is responsible to have that item delivered to them. The Treasurer is required to keep an updated list of items including what has been donated, by whom, and who has been given what. This list should be available for all to see. 4. Sherpas - Falls on the Responsiblity of the Sponor - Knight To help show new people around. These people should know Battle net Relams fairly well |
