Rules:

b) Both the Royal’s and Knights assembly shall be entitled to vote at any general gathering. Voting rights shall be equal amongst members with the exception of casting votes for

1) Disciplinary Issues when a member’s dismissal is being considered.
2) The addition of knighting a member.
These two voting situations are limited to Royal member votes only and shall be done in the Royal forum.

c) Membership will not be limited to former Empireans. Players of Battle net, who display a harmonious spirit and hold true to our philosophy of mutual Respect, Good sportsmanship and a positive Attitude, are welcome. Invitation to the guild is open regardless of race, class, religion, or sex. Level limit shall be placed at 9 ( the exception is only with those players that are from the Kingdom of Emperium coming to join their fellow mates)

d) All members seeking release from the guild will be accepted upon discussion with an Royal Member ( in other words, if you want to leave, please let one of the Royal members know first, so we are aware of it)   If the person has left, and wishes to return, their situation involving their leaving and returning shall be reviewed. If they left without causing a rift between another member, their status will remain. If however, they left causing a grievance, they must be accepted in by all members and may be asked to start as a squire. He/she will have to once again gain progressive status and shall NOT be automatically returned to their former position. Once a position has been left, it shall be voted for filled immediately. This is to help prevent any yoyo syndrome (he left, he's back, he left, he's back)

NOTE: This refers ONLY to the personal choice to leave the guild. Real life situations such as illness, moving, etc will be viewed as a temporary absence allowing immediate reinstatement. Any member who voluntarily withdraws from the guild shall not be entitled to any assets or remunerations by the guild.

e) ALL disciplinary issues shall be handled in private tells or meetings and shall be handled with utmost discretion.   Unnecessary embarrassment and bantering of unsubstantiated accusations or gossip shall not be tolerated. Disputes between members based on personality conflict or personal situations are NOT the business of the EK. Members are encouraged to work out their problems themselves without involving other members of this guild or creating an atmosphere of bickering or controversy. IF a member has been asked to leave and not return it may be noted in public so that other members are aware that this individual should not be retagged.

Offenses that constitute Dismissal
1. Continued or unwanted sexual advances
2. Attempts to defraud or deceive in trade issues or corpse consent situations.
3. Repeated kill stealing or taking loot despite an agreed looting rotation.
Repeated aggressive or antagonist behaviors toward members and or the citizens of Battle net Realms in general. We will not be a society of screamers and bullies and reoccurring negative behaviors will be addressed in council.

f) Being a member of this guild does not in any way entitle you to power leveling or gifts. Any and all power leveling or gifts are done on a personal basis and is an individual choice to do so. No one in the guild is forced to. If you are looking to join a guild based solely on these perks, you may want to re-consider joining EK.

g) Continued badgering and whining for power-leveling or gifts is frowned upon by the guild members and you may be asked to cease, or even asked to look for another guild.

h) As an squire, it is your responsibility to get to know the members of your guild. Interact with members on a continuous basis i.e. use guild say to introduce yourself, ask questions. Join guild groups to meet your compatriots.

i) By order of the guild's members, the guild Princess shall hold honorary Royal position, entitling her to also sponsor new members, and to have an IMPORTANT ROLE in disciplinary actions.

j) All Guild members are encouraged to have their tags visible at all times. BUT regardless if you are on a tag character you must be available to be held accountable for any actions to others. Please keep in mind we want all our members proud to wear their tags.

k) Respect your fellow members following all codes and laws. Disrespecting, embarassing, badgering etc. another member and all others consitutes immediate disciplinary actions. Knights in higher standings will vote against the accused and bring in front of the Royal members. Keep in mind all members are respected equally.

l) All existing decrees, codes, laws, rules are enforeced. All additional decress, codes, laws, rules and chain of command must ALWAYS be followed. Form of command from lowest to highest; sponsoree/squire - citzen/sir/member - knights - Knight Champions - Elites - Royal Subjects - Royal members - Founder.

m) Houses follow the same decrees, codes, laws, rules, and chain of command. The Highest and Most Honored standing Knight will lead the Knights under the house and will follow the Royal subject of the house.

                And the above rules maybe revised by the order of the King, Queen Prince and Princess.
               The Royal Subjects has Rights, to vote on, BUT NEVER to BREAK laws.
