As the only member of this year's Societies' Executive to run for this position, I have been involved in the day to day runnings of Societies, and have first hand experience of what the role requires. Also, as the current Societies' Treasurer, the right hand person to the Convener, I feel that I am the best qualified for the job, and will serve Societies and their interests best should I be given the opportunity.
