Having good balance can make huge improvements in your skating ability. Here is a series of fun excersises you can do at home to help improve your balance and therefore improve your skating ability. |

Below is the excersise for this week (09/02/09). It's a good excersise for controlling and score rebounds. For a bit of an easier start try just bouncing the tennis ball to the player with the stick and having him/her get the bouncing tennis ball under control (ready for a shot or pass). Work your way up to batting the puck out of the air. |
