"School introduced me to the classics as well as my mother reading me stories when I was a child. My unpublished novel is a science fiction novel and was written over 20 years ago. This novel and my poetry writing have given me much pleasure over the years. My one handicap - my spelling and grammar was and still is poor - thank goodness for Microsoft's Word spell and grammar checker! Otherwise I wouldn't have known how grammer is spelt! Perhaps this has more to do with my Devon accent. I could of course publish my book here on these web pages however it needs a complete re-write and I am a little short on time to undertake this as sorting out my books means I am spending more time reading them than processing them and my other activities seem to absorb most of my time. May be one day.... My favourite read?   The Prince and The Pauper by Mark Twain. My most enjoyed read?  Not a Penny More Not A Penny Less by Jeffery Archer. My favourite Classic? Pride & Prejudice by Jane Austen."
