Pictured
above is my favorite Shih Tzu, "Mitzi". Her registered
name is Phil Grand Ch Achilles Mitzi of Sonora. "Mitzi"
came to live with me when she was 8 months old. She was bred by
Mrs. Brenda McKnight of Loubren Kennel in California U.S.A. She is
sired by Am Ch Gunning's On the Make O'Loubren out of Am Ch Tu Chu's
Major Motion. She is co-wned with my friend Lucianne
Friedlander of ACHILLES SHIH TZU. "Mitzi"
prides herself as being the FIRST Shih Tzu awarded DOG OF THE YEAR in
Philippine history. She is a multiple All Breeds & Specialty
Best in Show winner. Today
at 11 years old, she is still very healthy and in FULL COAT. She
sleeps by my bedside and is my constant companion. Her great grand
daughter, "Dimples" Ch Achilles Favorite of Sonora, is my
third generation homebred champion. Dimples' dam is Ch Achilles Muffin
of Sonora whose mother is Mitzi's daughter, Ch Sonora's Wendy of
Achilles. Mitzi
is a very important part of SONORA SHIH TZU and her legacy will go on
from generation to generation. On
