Boris

Boris a tall person, with blond hair and blue eyes, but a deviant look. Little is known about him only that he's been an Assassin agent since he was very young. He's risen in the ranks to become one of their top agents. He's a killer without a conscious. He's killed so many people that the Assassins use him to train their recruits.

Boris was trying to recruit Frank Hardy, by doing the unthinkable. He shot Joe Hardy in cold blood, right in front of Frank. With Joe on life support, Boris knew that Frank would be out for revenge. He had hoped that Frank would in the end, kill either him, John, or end up committing suicide. Either way, he'd be doing something big for the Assassin organization. Yet, he underestimated Frank's resolve to get real justice for his brother, and in the end Boris took his own life. But is he the only "Boris" of the Assassin organization?

John

Even less is known about John. He is a top agent with the Assassin organization, and has even a less of a conscious than Boris. He was the one who ordered that Joe Hardy be killed in front of his brother, and was the one who poisoned the bullets himself. Like every Agent in his organization, he killed himself rather than be kept in prison.

Tracy Shields

Tracy stands at 5ft 8in, with dark eyes, and short jet-black hair. When she arrived in Bayport, she had the appearance of a quiet girl. She was immediately taken back in awe when she first met Joe Hardy on her first day at Bayport High School. Everyone liked her, thinking she was a nice girl. She even helped Joe out at the hospital where she volunteers. Little did anyone know the real person hiding inside.

Tracy was diagnosed as having schizophrenia. A disease which transforms Tracy into a very scary person. She took on the stalker mode, thinking every guy that remotely resembled her old boyfriend was her boyfriend. She became violent, and no one ever thought that she'd be capable of arson, kidnapping, or attempted murder.

Tracy is still a bright girl despite her problems. Being incorrectly diagnosed has having schizophrenia, she was not given the proper treatment and her symptoms grew out of control, with nearly deadly consequences for the Hardys and their friends. Now that the true cause of her symptoms has been found, she is getting the proper help. She no longer hears voices, or prone to violent fits. Now she has hope that she can have a normal life.

Jinkson

Jinkson is a man who's really identity is obscure. He had used so many aliases, that no one really knows what his true identity was. He was a man off the deep end. A person who loved to kill and the thrill of making his victim's and the victim's family suffer. He loved to torture his victim's; starvation, burns, beatings, he enjoyed it all. He was an expert anesthesiologist, and poised to be the best in his field. No one knows why he became killer, and most likely no one ever will. He used drugs to keep his victims alive and conscious just enough so they felt and knew every thing that was being done to them before he killed them. While he did that, he tormented the victim's families, often sending gruesome pictures and obituaries, and false clues.

He used the points on a clock as the locations where he buried his victims, choosing a place in that spot that the victim had been in. He was in a state of madness when he died, and more of his victims are still being unearthed. As the body count continues to climb, Fenton Hardy and Sam Peterson wonder just how many are out there that will never be found.

Gerold Simmons

Standing at almost 6ft, he had dark, slightly graying hair, and eyes that were dark and cold. A middle level man in the underworld, he owed a lot of money to a very powerful person. He was looking for anything to get him out of the financial bind he was in, and discovered the powerful "Cyberhacker" program invented by three brilliant computer professors. He tried everything to get his hands on the program, threats, extortion, assaults, but nothing could force the professors to sign over their program. Finally Gerold had resorted to the professors having their home burglarized and 2 parts of the program stolen. The final piece was given to a friend of theirs, Professor Willow, a doctor, and he promised to get the program to Fenton Hardy.

It was during the flight to give the chip to Fenton, that Professor Willow hid the chip with the final piece in Joe Hardy's body during an emergency surgery. Gerold forced Professor Willow to reveal where he had hidden the piece. Gerold had the brothers kidnapped, along with Professor Willow. He had Joe tortured on an unbelievable scale as he forced Professor Willow to remove the chip he had hidden. When the doctor was unable to retrieve the chip, Gerold left Joe to die along with his brother. It was during the rescue of the brothers that Gerold made his final attempt to get the chip and was killed in the process. While grateful that Gerold is gone, Frank Hardy still shudders when he thinks about all his brother had gone through, and all the nightmares he still continues to have.
