The THURLOW One Name Study aimed to research the genealogy of all individuals globally, at anytime, using the surname THURLOW; regardless of relationship to each other.

Variations of the THURLOW surname officially included in the study are Thallow Thorla Thurlo Thurloe Thurlough. The Study unofficially covered some occurances of the surname THORLEY and its variation THARLEY.
