STEP 1: Belt Totem
There are 5 achievements, each with 3 parts: family activities, den activities, and a Go See It; for a total of 15 beads. Your boy will earn:

*A
white bead for each family activity

*An
orange bead for each den activity

*A
black bead for each Go See It
Once all the achievements have been completed, your boy has earned the Tiger Cub Badge.

This is presented at Pack meetings and involves the adult partner presenting the badge to their boy.

The badge is worn on the belt totem until he graduates from Tiger Cubs.

Once your boy earns the Tiger Cub Badge, he can be recognized for electives completed.

*For every 10 electives, your boy will earn a
    yellow Tiger Track bead.

Electives are not required, and not all electives may appeal to your boy.  So, don't feel he has to do them all.
Once your boy has his Tiger Cub Badge, he should begin working on the Bobcat Badge requirements.
*The Bobcat Badge MUST be earned before your boy can begin on his Wolf Badge (the next stage in scouting).
