May 16,1996: The Game Gear in the U.S.A now has the Virtua Fighter Mini that was in Japan. Now renamed "Virtua Fighter Animation" its the same game that scales. And has all eight characters from VF. This game will be available this Fall and will sell for $34.99

This will be available this spring for $22.99.
