Keynes ( King, where are your people now)!!

FOOD FOR THOUGHT:
So.. who is to blame for this one? The Empire nightclub now known by me and a few others as ONE WAY OUT managed to book themselves one of the best or probably by far the KING of the bands I've seen/heard in the last decade at least.

The owner of the Empire or its promoter of this gig now known by me and a few others as BURDEN OF SHAME somehow forgot to TELL IT LIKE IT IS that our town had the pleasure of JOHNNY2BAD a tribute band for UB40 in our midst.Who knows MAYBE TOMORROW after the gig they were going to make it known..but for sure somebody truly should be saying SORRY to the class professionals they booked for THE ELEVATOR.I swear the punters could have fitted in the John Lewis elevators..well one of them.

IT DONT MAKE SENSE
Somebody needs to feel GUILTY for making us small crowd feel embarrassed for not telling the folk of Milton keynes to DROP ON BY!! but who instead must have been convinced more to KEEP ON MOVING in the opposite direction of the city centre up to the xscape and theatre district. Which is where we went after the fantastic tribute band finished and the BURDEN OF SHAME closed its bar that sold no RED RED WINE or Martini! and no pims and no ..oh I could go on. But the other end of the city clubs were heaving so badly I got quite claustrophobic a few times!

You have got to see this awesome band they played on as I expect they would have to an audience of 3000 with great energy and you could see they just loved their music and so did we! Shouting MOREEEEEEEE I am hoping they will be booked in MK again veryyyyy soon and see how we all can be a GROOVIN' KINGSTON TOWN instead of one poxy crappy club wasting talent they should have been shown to the masses instead of us looking like a GHOSTOWN (opps that one wasn't ub40) :)

One line I have to say to the Empires owner is THE WAY YOU DO THE THINGS YOU DO you will out of business within 6 months.. infact are you in business? Cos in my opinion you still have MANY RIVERS TO CROSS to have ever managed to let down Milton Keynes.

We personally didn't feel let down we were so damn lucky to have happened to decide to check out The Empire and have this band to ourselves so to speak but wouldn't it have been fantastic to have shared the night for others and for JOHNNY2BAD to have gone home after a hard day knowing that ONE IN TEN people in MK loved them to bits and decided to become groupies than a poxy idiot laying having BREAKFAST IN BED with his barmaid saying DONT BLAME ME... there was a RAT IN THE KITCHEN ...ITS TRUE!

If only the club had done their job properly you would have been heaving with the diverse culture of MK shouting I'LL BE ON MY WAY!!to see this UB40 band instead my friend (yak) whoever UB ..UB stupid!

Milton Keynes DONT BREAK MY HEART some excellent club/venue manager book this band ASAP and give them a welcome to MK they truly deserve... else next time it will another lost opportunity and they may just say IF IT HAPPENS AGAIN IM LEAVING!
CHECK IT!!CHECK THEM AND BE PROUD TO SAY WHEN YOU HAVE BOOKED THEM I GOT YOU BABE!

Me and Tim yesterday

Three little pigs

My three girls..

Signing your life away

A friend of mine from the net asked me to come up with a graphic about the place she works and feeling that her and her significant other whom both work at the same place have signed their life over to it so I came up with this...

I expect sometimes we all feel like that in our workplaces..

CONFUSING DISCOVERY:

Ok since I changed templates it seems that my posts are without the paragraphs and where I had more than one topic on each post they are just running into each other so am reposting these topics seperatley.

I have discovered something very confusing about myself I thought I should share it and also of some other types . I went to Sunday school until I was 15 and Bible studied almost until I was 16 and we left London(long story). I used to have pictures of Jesus 'sacred heart' and other things and felt a real connection , although don't get me wrong here, I am not saying that I am a person of God , I have a very ..now what would we call it..Mischievious warped sense of humour , it has floated my boat a bit in the past , it's an easy talent I have , you get to learn these types of talent at drama school ( another story) but I don't do anything EVIL and I certainly don't do it very often at all , if things are deserved , you know he who laughs last last longest.. there may be the other saying he who laughs last is stupid , I would call it more of a 'DON'T MESS WITH THE BULL OR YOU WILL GET THE HORNS' type of thing really , (or making or exposing you to yourself about what you say about people and then what you actually are yourself) where a lot of carefully thought out plans then emerge and I would be the ONLY one doing it , no accomplices they would only ruin it .It is done with no malice meant. If you catch me out tricking you I will eat my hat , if you have ever found yourself at the end of this you would have been told if I didn't want anyone to know I would not tell anyone ..etc etc.. you wouldn't have discovered it and you WOULD HAVE HURT ME badly somewhere along the lines otherwise you wouldn't have been involved unless dragged into it. Let's just stress that 99% of you would never actually SEE/ EXPERIENCE that from me and once the task was done/won thats the end of it for me and I would then start discovering your good side if I were in your company again whereever . I am not openly but inwardly quite religious, I have never turned away a Jehovah's Witness , who in my eyes and after studying it carefully are the only ones truthful and quote truthfully from the bible as it is.
I wouldn't do as Cameron does and quote the bible and then go off and be a hypocrit and teach people that it is ok for you to feel the need to press someones wind pipe in , and I have arguments about religion with my husband , I believe in god and angels see.

Anyway.. steadily moving on to the point of discovery, Cameron Stout winner of big brother , expresses violence on many occasions in front of the nation , lover of money and luxurious things and the finer things in life , two faced , very unwelcoming ,
salesman , loved by the nation , seen as very nice and role model for youngsters with all his self righteous ways even though he has stolen a car before and had a police chase and expressing and quoting the bible as he sees it. He makes my skin crawl there is something not 'right' about the man then I look at people that I like.

My husband is such a caring sensitive man and see's the good in people and does not often see any bad in people unless they hurt him, but he wouldn't try to revenge anyone , or even take the time to try any kind of revenge stunt instead he would find the logic behind why someone did something or acted that way and excuse them , he works hard has done all the things in society you should do to pay your own way. He doesn't practice anything that could ever bring law against him in society but may not feel happy in the company of people that do and perhaps wouldn't show his witty disposition or his character in that company. He would help people out and is a soft touch and might I add very intelligent , he is NOT up his own arse and does not give the big I AM and HAVE GOT etc although actually he does not like spongers who could easily go out and get a job but prefer the social security to pay their mortgage. If he doesn't like someone and we are all in conversation I would do the talking and he wouldn't say very much. He is an Athiest, is not spiritual does not believe in God but instead the scientific route, BSc .

Jon Tickle another great bloke .. lovely , and really nice really another Athiest.

I Prefer the character and company of Athiests.
and that's my discovery.

Walk for Kai

On Sunday morning a couple of hours after just finishing night shift, me and my eldest daughter participated in a charity walk around Willen Lake here in Milton Keynes . The walk was to raise funds for a four year old boy in Milton Keynes who has been given just 6 months to live. He has cancer.

I felt how I looked after being up for 20 hours. Worhty cause.
