Our Policy Regarding Beta and Research Products

Our policy for accepting and reviewing beta products and those that are still in the development phase are as follows. We are more then happy to assist in the development phases of a product but these guidelines must be followed and agreed upon prior to shipping any product for these purposes.

                        1 . We must agree to accepting and reviewing a beta or research product prior to                              shipment. We will do a review on such a product but we need to know the                              status of the product prior to sending it to us so we are prepared to review the                              product accordingly.

                        2. You must notify us if the product needs to be returned after reviewing it prior to                             shipping the product. We must know prior to agreeing to accept the product if it                             needs to be returned.

                        3. A return label or arrangements for sending the product back must be included                            in the shipment. We cannot pay postage to return a product back to you. This                            must be done at your expense.

                        4. Products currently available to the public cannot be sent back. This is a                            business and we consider this compensation for the time and efforts of                            reviewing the product and posting it on our site. On each review every                            manufacturer gets a link going from our site to theirs at the end. If more then                            one company's products are reviewed a link to each product will be

                           placed. We don't charge any fees to do this or any service we provide as a                            courtesy to companies nor do we ask for anything in return except the ability to                            retain any products we review. We feel this is a small price to pay for the                            exposure the company will receive as a result of us posting the review on our                            site.. Again, this does not apply to products still being developed and in need of                            opinions to improve the quality of the product.

                        5. We cannot be held responsible for any damage done to products subject to                            being returned. Products will be treated with as much care as possible. We want                            to maintain a relationship with those who support our company and intrust                            such products to us. If something happens to a product while it is being                            reviewed and used, a full explanation of what happened as a result in efforts to                            correct any problems with the unit prior to introducing it to the public will be                            included in the review. We look forward to seeing a product on the market that                            we helped review and seeing the changes made that we felt, in our opinion,                            need to be done.

                         6. Pictures of every beta and research product will be posted to our site to show                             other companies and individuals what products have been reviewed by us. In                             fairness to the companies trying to improve their products and market them to                             the public we will not post our findings and any faults with the products. Spec                             sheets with a picture of the product MUST be included in shipping materials.                             For our records these cannot be returned.
