=Melee Weapons=
Knife
Location: Cafe where you start the game (Old Silent Hill)
The knife is about as basic as you can get in Silent Hill. It is basicly a "I skiped all the other melee weapons, and I'm out of ammo." weapon. So, do your self a favor, and don't use it.

Steel Pipe
Location: Near Void by Ally (Old Silent Hill)
The pipe is about three feet long, and a worthy weapon. It is not the best, but you can hold your ground with it long enough. Only use it if your out of ammo, and havn't been to the hospital yet.

Hammer
Location: Hospital Basment
The hammer is just wjat it says. A hammer. But, it's an emergency hammer, so you can kick some ass with it. But you can't run with it, so make sure your ready to use it, not just carrying it around.

Hand Axe
Location: In the "Other Church" (Central Silent Hill)
The axe is a okay weapon that is pretty good in the sewar. It isn't good for much else, though. So stick with the pipe or the hammer.

Handgun
Location Cafe (Old Silent Hill)
Clip Size: 15
The handgun is the first weapon given to you. Cybil will hand it over so you can stay safe on your search for Cheryl. It may not be that good for most enemies, but it will keep you alive. It can hold fifthteen shots.

Shotgun
Location: Girls Second Floor Bathroom (Alternate School)
Clip Size: 6
The sawed-off shotgun is THE BEST weapon you will find in the game. It's best place of work would be in the hospital, were it can kill a Nurse/Docter in one ta two shots. It can hold six shots.

Hunting Rifle
Location: Sprting Goods Store (During Larva Battle)
Clip Size: 4
The hunting rifl is, in a sence, the best weapon in the game, it is only used for bosses. That is unless, of cours, you're in the last leavel, out of ammo for the handgun and shotgun, but have fifty-three shots for the rifle, not including the full loaded gun. Then, you have to enfacize. It can hold four shots.
