There are normally hundreds of warriors who enter but only a small amount that become finalists, and only one winner. In this section you will see the contestants and the winners of each Budoukai. I'm not quit sure what Tenkaichi Budoukai means but it happens every three years(It is skipped a vouple times because of the ring quality). The rules are you can only use the weapons you were born with(no weapones). No low blows(thank god).
