The Police Officers listed below are just 3 of the many brave Officers and Firefighters who gave the ultimate sacrifice in the line of duty on 9/11/01.  Their bravery saved thousands of lives in this tragedy.  Two of the three began their careers in the Transit Police.  The third came on the job after the merge but worked in the Transit Bureau.  Two were partners.  All three include District 4 as places that they worked.  All are hero's and will never be forgotten.
