My belief on the issue of gun control laws is that the people out there that commit murder, armed robbery, and so on really don't give a damn about the law enough to follow those laws with the more serious penalties to them what is one more law or penalty for breaking the law going to matter to these people. This is not my only arguement but it is one concerning the enforcement of the law.

Gun laws do really suck. The only people who want gun control are the idiots that havent even thought it through and, at the risk of souinding like a nut, the government, which wants to take the guns away. It's even in the 2nd amendment ( i think ) about defending your property, family, etc. from criminals or a tyrranical government. One of the more messed up laws is: If someone has gotten into your house, killed your children, raped your wife, and stolen your stuff, but its clear that they are leaving the house and intend to cause no more harm, you cannot shoot them, it's illegal. It's bad enough you cant have automatic weapons anymore, but that is just crap! what moron came up with that? Anyway, since this E-Mail and all others will be read, as all wireless and cellphone calls are overheard, i will stop.

I recently had a dis orderly conduct that I pleaded guilty too and the
district attorney attached a d.v.o. to the charge. now I am told I can
no longer have any kind of guns or bows in my possession.I wonder
if you have any information,on this and how can they do this.

Each state is different, so it's hard to say without more info- -BUT - - I do know that if the people in charge are FOR gun control,- then any chance to restrict your right to bear arms, they'll use !!
