NEWS
20 July 2007 to 1 December 2007
1 December 2007.  November was the best month for Eternal Mercenary, Panzer Soldier, Legionnaire and The Warrior page visits.  The reviews for Johnny Reb are coming in and so far they're good.  Fingers crossed they remain that way.

************
15 November 2007.  I've added a picture of the Outcast CD to the
Outcast page, following a request from a fan.

************
1 November 2007.  Good month for the book page stats; of the 26 books, 7 had record visits and 2 equalled theirs.  I've now received my first batch of Johnny Reb books and will be sorting them out this weekend and letting those of you who've pre-booked them know formally.

************
25 October 2007.  Johnny Reb is out!  Now Casca has 26 novels in the series.  See how to order either on the

************
13 October 2007.  Went to a Civil War re-enactment event today at Bath, at the American History Museum there.  Got some good shots of the action and I'll put these on the website in the next couple of days.

************

9 October 2007.  With a week to go to the expected release date of Johnny Reb, the website experienced a 6-hour period of downtime yesterday.  Sorry about that, I don't know the causes (despite asking the domain administrators) but at least they got it working within 45 minutes of me asking.

************

11 August 2007.  News hot from the Casca franchise owners.  There's a possible film deal in the offing.  See the
blog page for details.

************
4 August 2007.  Sadly the expected publication date in September has had to be delayed because the artwork on the book cover isn't satisfactory.  Futher attempts to create a satisfactory cover is being sought by the publisher.

************
1 August 2007.  Mindful of Disraeli's quote about statistics, this hasbeen the best ever month with visits well over the 1100 mark.  Astonishing.  Even more so was the book page stats which for some unknown reason on 31st July suddenly recalled the data lost for the period 2000-2006.  I've no idea why this happened.  Still, the revised stats are now on the booklist page.  The artwork has been sent to the publisher who should complete the cover work and send to the printers within a few days.

************
28 July 2007.  The more regular visitors to this website may have noticed recently how the visitor counter has gone beserk.  I can proudly announce that for the first time ever, in this website's hallowed 7-year history, the monthly individual visitor count has passed the magical 1,000.  Its not just broken the old record (November 2006's paltry 897) but smashed it to pieces.

************
24 July 2007.  The new email address seems to have gone belly-up for some inexplicable reason so I've shut it down and gone back to my old one of tonyrobertsbristol@yahoo.co.uk  Apologies ot all who may have had trouble in contacting me!

************
21 July 2007.  Some of you might have noticed a new email address to correspond with me.  This is because some emails had gone astray to the old one.  The old address still works so I can be contacted on both.  Meanwhile the publisher tells me he intends to release Johnny Reb on 1 September.  We've come up with a fall-back plan for the artwork and that's being done this weekend.
