11 March 2009. The Publisher told me last night he expects Napoleons Soldier to be out around 17th March. I'll put it on the website the minute I know.

22 February 2009. I've put all the characters who appeared in The Avenger on their relevant pages.

21 February 2009. Napoleon's soldier is due out in March. I've made a new page for it which you can link to it here, and I've put the new cover picture on the front page of the website.

27 January 2009. I've now put in the synopsis of The Avenger on its book page.

26 January 2009. The new Casca chat blog is busy; over 50 members and plenty of discussions. To get to it click on the link on the right hand side of the index page. On the new book front, Casca 30: Napoleon's Soldier has gone to the publisher together with the artwork, so all's ready for the expected release in March.

20 December 2008. Good news about Johnny Reb (Casca 26). Its sold out of its initial print run and has now gone for a second print. The paragraph spacings and spelling errors have been corrected so the 2nd print issues should look a little thinner.

12 December 2008. Mike Goodwin's Casca 29: immortal dragon was released around the 8th. Still problems with the amazon link but once I can get it to work I'll put it on the Orderbook page. I've set up the Casca 29 page and put links to it on the booklist page, and amended the timeline page.

8 December 2008. There's a new Yahoo forum that's been created for Casca fans and readers. The link is on the index page.

1 December 2008. Mike Goodwin's Casca 29: Immortal dragon should be out within the next week and a half. Watch out for the announcement on theis website. I've had to take the blog down again, maybe for ever, because of a sustained campaign against the current books and people who like them. Some people just can't accept tastes differ from theirs. On a brighter note, God of Death, Warlord and Persian have had their best ever month on the visitor stats.

9 November 2008. Have now finished putting the characters from Confederate on the character pages. Next big event will be the release of Immortal Dragon, Casca's 29th adventure, the first novel by Mike Goodwin. It's due out in a week or two. Keep looking on the website for news of this.

7 November 2008. The next Casca novel, Immortal Dragon by Mike Goodwin, is due for release at the
end of November. Meanwhile, I've started putting on the characters from The Confederate on the character pages. So far I've got to H.

1 October 2008. THE AVENGER is released! Casca's 28th novel is now out and will be available from me by mid October. I'll let all those who've asked for a copy from me or who have bought the other books from me when I've got them from the USA (probably by the 10th). I'll be putting on a full synopsis in a couple of months on The Avenger page.

13 September 2008. The Avenger is due out around 22nd september or so, depending on the printers and the postal system. I've added The Avenger page which at present is showing the artwork entries for the cover. Napoleon's Soldier is having the first proof read corrections done at this very moment.

2 September 2008. Casca 30: Napoleon's Soldier has now had the first draft finished. Casca 28: The Avenger is at the printers and hopefully will be out before the end of September. Meanwhile the statistics are out of action and geocities are up to now clueless as to why. I've sent 3 strongly worded requests for them to repair the problem but as usual they seem unable to sort anything out.

11 August 2008. The task to copy the blog was beyond me so I've restared it anew as before in the original format. I shall delete postings I determine that are not appropriate or beneficial to this website. Meanwhile I've been going mad on writing Casca 30 and have done over 100 pages in the past week.

23 July 2008. Big changes coming on the Blog. Having found it necessary to stop harmful and inappropriate postings, I'm having to reinvent the entire thing which'll take ages but I'll get to it.

20 July 2008. News on the movie deal is that at present finances are holding things up but it is hoped in the near future for some progress. Meanwhile my next Casca book, Casca 30: Napoleon's Soldier, is well under way and I'm about a quarter of the way through the first draft.

29 June 2008. The Avenger (Casca 28) has now gone to the publisher with the final corrections. He has opened up a competition to everyone to design and submit the artwork for the cover, the winner if accepted will receive free the complete Casca series which at that date will be 1-28. 16 June 2008. My stock of books have partly arrived. I will be contacting those who have asked for a copy of Casca 27 in the next day or two.

15 June 2008. The 27th book in the Casca series, The Confederate, was released last week. Its now on amazon if you wish to purchase it via that link. Otherwise go to my Orderbook page and you can buy a signed copy from me. I expect to have my stock in between 16-20 June.
