When you find an image or song or an html script you wish to add to your Site it is necessary to "Transload" it to your own Server.

First you should "Always" make sure the original author states "Clearly" that you are "Allowed" to use their work!

Some work is Copyrighted and the author may 'Not" allow you use their work "Free Of Charge!"

Next You should "Not" just "Direct-Link" to the Image, etc. That is using the author's "Bandwidth" and most Sites can't afford to let you do that. It costs them "Real Money..$$$" if you do!

So transloading is important to prevent "Stealing Bandwidth!"

A Transloader will take a "File" such as a gif or jpg or midi or wav, etc. and it will "Move" it from the page where you find it to your Server.

A Scrapbook Uploader will take a "File" such as a gif or jpg, but sorry no "Sound Files", and it will "Move" the image from the page where you find it to Your Personal Scrapbook for use on Page Builder.

Then you may use the "file" on your own Site, as you wish! It is now Yours!

Web TV Page Builder does NOT permit the storage or use of Sound Files, so trying to Upload these files will not work.

You are "Forced" to "Direct Link" to sound files if you only have a Page Builder account.

This is OK, but you MUST be CERTAIN that the Webmaster of the Sound File PERMITS this. Very FEW allow "Direct Linking". Tboob's is a Great Site that DOES permit this. It's a Great Site to start with!
