Sports Editors

Checklist:

• Compile a list of all meds sports teams: men's, women's and co-ed divisions (asap so you may allot your time accordingly)
• Suggestion: come up with a list using last year's yearbook as reference to get an idea of the different teams and their numbers
• Email everyone in 1st and 2nd year asking for teams (intramurals or other sporting events) who would like to be featured in the yearbook to contact you
• Have a team contact and get a list of team members and schedules from each team
• Arrange a schedule for team members and yearbook photographers
for photoshoots or alternatively ask a team member to take pictures and then submit it to you and compile all sports photos
• Assign specific pages for layout: editors and lay-out staff are responsible for page layouts
• Manage your time according to deadlines
• For each team you should have a:
• team photo
• action photo
• list of team members
• very short summary on how the team did
