Note: The information on this page is meant to be used as a guide only and is subject to change as the need arises.

Checklist:

  • Compile a list of events to be covered in the yearbook (include all 4 years)
  • Suggestion: come up with a list using last year’s yearbook as reference
  • We put together a tentative list for you to start with (see below)
  • Email everyone in all years asking for events that organizers would like to be featured in the yearbook
  • Call each of the class presidents: give them your name and contact info and ask them to contact you if they have any class specific events that they want to be included in the yearbook
  • Arrange for a yearbook photographer
  • to take photos at the events or request students who have attended these events to submit their photos for the yearbook and compile events photos

  • Assign specific pages for layout: editors and lay-out staff are responsible for page lay-outs.
  • Try to make your pages fit into the central yearbook theme
  • Colour pages: decide which ones ahead of time.
  • Manage your time according to deadlines
  • For each event you should have:
  • Great candid shots
  • A very brief description - you, the event organizers or
    participants may write this.
