Note: The information on this page is meant to be used as a guide only and is subject to change as the need arises.
Checklist:
- Compile a list of events to be covered in the yearbook (include all 4 years)
- Suggestion: come up with a list using last year’s yearbook as reference
- We put together a tentative list for you to start with (see below)
- Email everyone in all years asking for events that organizers would like to be featured in the yearbook
- Call each of the class presidents: give them your name and contact info and ask them to contact you if they have any class specific events that they want to be included in the yearbook
- Arrange for a yearbook photographer
to take photos at the events or request students who have attended these events to submit their photos for the yearbook and compile events photos

- Assign specific pages for layout: editors and lay-out staff are responsible for page lay-outs.
- Try to make your pages fit into the central yearbook theme
- Colour pages: decide which ones ahead of time.
- Manage your time according to deadlines
- For each event you should have:
- Great candid shots
- A very brief description - you, the event organizers or
- participants may write this.
