Checklist:

• Collect mugshots of all students in your program
• This critical for students who are already doing their PhD since
  the 1st & 2nd years will have group photos

  Collect candid shots or photos at MD/PhD events

  Organize photo sessions with individual yearbook photographers or alternatively ask for photo submissions from students and compile all photos

  Assign specific pages for layout: editors and lay-out staff are responsible for page layouts.

  Manage your time according to deadlines

  Try to make your pages fit into the central yearbook theme
