Checklist:
- Collect mugshots and a list of all students and instructors in your program
- Collect candid shots or photos at BMC events
- Organize photo sessions with individual yearbook photographers or alternatively ask for photo submissions from students and compile all photos
- Collect medically-related artwork from BMC students
Note: If you would like to submit photos or artworks for the BMC Section of the 2003 Yearbook please email us: torontomedsyrbk2003@yahoo.com
- Assign specific pages for layout: editors and lay-out staff are responsible for page lay-outs.
- Try to make your pages fit into the central yearbook theme
- Manage your time according to deadlines
- For each BMC artwork you should have:
- name of the artist (unless she/he does not want to be identified)
- title of the artwork
- date of completion
- a very brief description of the artwork (i.e medium used, theme)
