Returning Merchandise: If you wish to return any merchandise for exchange or refund, please complete the following steps so that we may respond promptly:

Indicate on the reverse side of your original packing slip, or on our Returns/Reorder Form, the merchandise being returned. State the reason for the return. We want to know so we can serve you better.

Let us know if you wish to obtain items in exchange for the returned merchandise. We have provided a reorder form on the packing slip for this purpose.

Enclose the packing slip and reorder form inside the parcel. Wrap and tape securely.

Ship either Fed Ex or insured parcel post to Toystown,

Refunds for returns and exchanges will be made by check, depending upon the original method of payment.


For your protection do not sign for merchandise until you inspect the packaging for damage? If there appears to be shipping damage: Promptly contacts the shipping company for a Damage Inspection report. Request the shipping company return the merchandise to the address listed on the package.

We want everyone to be completely satisfied with your purchase of a toystown from us. If for some reason you need to return a toy, please E-mail our customer service department for a return authorization number. Toys may be exchanged for credit only, no cash refunds. A quality toy does not pay for return shipping and we do not accept returns without the proper authorization number. If you ordered the wrong toy you will be charged a re-shipping fee for the replacement hat (Usually $ 7.50 to $ 10). Merchandise can only be returned in the first 14 days. All returns please shipped prepaid via Fed Ex or UPS and must have the return authorization number written on the outside of the box. A 15% handling fee will be billed to your if merchandise is not returned in original packaging
.
