SUMMARY :
There are...   several very important aspects, to remember, as you peruse the following pages, about the details, of any investigations, conducted by CPS/CAS workers.   First of all, under, mandates of law you may demand a copy, of any printed; material, documentation, forms - and/or - information, that may have been gathered, recorded -and/or- collected about you, during the course of their investigation.  You may have to get a lawyer to file a, "motion for discovery", or some other legal platform, to get these, but you should have them, to comprehend what their claims are against you - and - prepare, for an adequate -and- proper defense.  This material may very well exclude information, regarding the person, who made the initial; referral, report, information, as they may wish, to exercise their "right", to remain anonimous. But the rest of the material, must be detailed - and - documented - and - you are intitled to a copy.
Too often...   people do not realize the significance, of signing a, Release of information.  They feel they have nothing to hide -and- therefore, nothing to be afraid of.  But be afraid... be very afraid...  What may seem incidental, insignificant - and/or - irrelevant, to you, may very well provide CPS/CAS workers with just enough materiral, to warrant further, detailed investigation - and - the start of much a do, about nothing, all over again - and - again - and - again....
People... from all walks of life, who have been convicted of everything from murder to having a bad credit rating have been granted the opportunity to start again, once they have totally satisfied the punitive aspects of their situation.  However, once you've been convicted of abuse/neglect, the CPS/CAS agency in your area, will maintain a file on you, for life...
