Larry Mohnkern, LTJG, Communications, 1963-65, has lived in 23 different homes since the Tracer. He has lived in MD, IND, CO, CA, ID, TX to name a few states.  In July he will be married 40 years to Babs.  I guess she likes to move??  His e mail address is larrym@millkern.com.

Dave Guthery, LTJG, Deck Office, 1964-65  and Last Tracer Capt.   Dave sent in a picture of the 1965 Officers. Dave was in charge when two tugs took the mighty Tracer to the mothball fleet at Susun Bay in the summer of 1965.

Richard H Mikkelson, FN, was up in Alaska a few years ago and spotted the
USS Tracer AGR-15 which had become the
Unisea barge. to process fish..  Today, he was on the internet trying to find out what happened to his old ship when he located our website.
He now lives in Seattle, Washington. 

John King, SF1 (1958-62) lives in New Mexico and attends the Annual Reunion every year.
Rodger Padgett, LT(1960-63)lives in Ca and attends the Annual Reunion every year.
Bruce Bayer, ET2 (1957-60) lives in Illinois and also attends the Annual Reunion every year.
Lee Doyel LTJG (1960-62) Retired from active duty as a Captain, .lives in Florida and is the major force behind the Tracer Alumni Association and has been to nine straight Reunions.
Lee Nannini, LTJG, (1960-62), retired as a Captain in USNR, lives in Rhode Island and attends the Annual Reunion.
Don Baxter, LTJG, (1958-61), retired as a Captain in USNR, lives in Viginnia and attends the Annual Reunion.
Ken Smith, YNC, (1962-64), lives in Minnesota and attends the Annual Reunion each year.
Verne Biggs, OS2 (1962-64) lives in Arizona and also attends the Annual Reunion every year. Verne and his wife Connie like to tour the country in their mobile home..

We have more requests for
Gary Pierce, CS3, than anyone else.  He was a good guy and fed everybody.  His name is just common enough that he is hard to locate..  If anyone knows his whereabouts please let us know..He lived in Anaheim, CA back in 1963.  We have found approximately 200 of the 700 that were aboard the USS Tracer AGR-15 from 1958-1965.

If you know the whereabouts of anyone not listed, please let us know.  We also need everyone's e mail address so they can be on our mail chain.  We now have about 65 on our e mail list and need many more e mail addresses.  It is our means of keeping in touch with former shipmates.
