Who is on this label? What do they do?
Name: Michael Boucher
Title: Founder, producer, promoter, talent
Purpose of creating this label: "I created TraCOps with one thing in mind, I want to start bringing back music people can appriciate. There's too much commercial pop music polluting the air waves of radio and television. I'm through with hearing it all. I also have my own agendas for going through with this label. For one, I've always wanted to make music that I could say was my own and to have others hear it. Two, I'm been thinking of a new genre of music for a long time based on my extremely diverse immersion of music at home. Three, yes money is a factor. I'm not looking for a get rich quick solution. I just want something to help me get where I want to be, producing films that will make the world laugh, cry, smile, think, or love to hate in the near future."

Name: Debra Tsantarliotis
Title: Co-founder, singer, dancer, promoter, recruiter
Philoshophy on music: "Music is escapism, freedom, and love! Music is the true universal language. Don't deny yourself of good music. Make an effort to experience different genres of music. Make your life more colorful."

Name: Ian Walsh
Title: Producer, composer, talent
Experience: (Mike speaking on Ian's behalf) "As long as I have known Ian, he has always been a musical genius like his father. He's grown and developed so much after time, he's practically mastered the drums, keyboard, and guitar. Performances that Ian creates are masterpieces and truly music from the soul."

Name: Adrien Hobbs
Title: Producer, composer
Innovation: (Mike speaking on Adrien's behalf) "Ace, as we all call him here, is all about the new styles of music. He isn't a clone of any sort. All his ideas are original. When Ace and I got together to attempt to come up with some music, Ace let me listen to the start of something he create literally an hour before he came over my house. It was simple but Ace goes, 'it isn't finished but I was thinking it should have beatboxing in it'. I looked at him and said, 'heh beatboxing in an R&B song, nice'. It's that level of thinking that makes Ace's music one of a kind."

Name: Courtney Cliffod
Title: Singer, guitarist, dancer
Where the talent came from; "When I was as young as 7, my dad would bring me to bars to sing while he drank. I would sing Bette Midler, Whitney Houston, and Madonna. I love to perform and sing and be creative. I think my style on stage depends on where I am. I feel so comfortable on stage, so even if I don't make it big, I would enjoy every sceond of it because performing is what I love to do. And I am one of few people that are sincere about singing because it's the only thing that could truely make me happy."

Name: Byron McNeal
Title: Songwriter, talent, performer
What my songs are for me: "My music is mood music. I write it to describe the way I feel at the moment. I don't right my music for other people and I don't mean to be offensive. Maybe you can hear one of my songs and relate but it's just a way for me to vent."

Name: Bobby Langlais
Title: Leader of One Way, Drummer, Backup Vocals, Producer, Songwriter
What do you want people to hear: "When people hear our music, all the emotions that we put into these songs I want people to feel.?"

Name:
Blair Churchill
Title:
Solo Guitarist for One Way
Why Bliar joined One Way: (Bobby speaking about Blair)"Blair has been playing guitar for years. He's been in a band before but they weren't really serious enough to get anything done. Blair wanted to be serious. He wanted to get things done. We were just the band for him to use his talent and express it in a way that made music. It all just fit."
