the palm strike now traps the arm again, by pressing down, as Sifu Betteridge covers the Tan sao to a straight punch
rolling the Bon sao over into Tan sao, allows Precious to clear the line, for her own attack
precious deflects Florences straight puch, using Bon sao ( wing arm)
turning the Tan into a grab, as she steps in to close the distance, and power her elbow as it rolls into a strike to the throat
Precious finally finishes off with a lesser known technique "tan sao strike", unlike the pounding effect of a fist, the immense power generated by the open hand smashes into her opponents cheek
