Why do we put so much stock into our money, jobs,
clothes, etc, etc, etc? We are all going to die one day, there’s no
getting around it, and none of it will matter. All of the hours you put
in to your job, all the pennies you pinch, all the designer labels
filling your closet won’t mean a thing once you’re dead. No matter how
much or how little we have in this life we all end up worm food in the
end.

Have you ever heard or said,” I have to do
this" or "I need to do this"? We've all said it, myself
included, but if you think about it we don't have to do
anything, and we don't need anything. The only thing we
have and need to do after we are born is die, and how and when can
potentially be up to us. Yes, you will die if you don't have food, but
that is only a consequence of not eating.
