Setting out from Bodagaya heading for Banares.
	พระพุทธองค์เสด็จจากพุทธคยาสู่กรุงพาราณสี
	
	็Having made the decision, the Buddha resolved to
	preserve the life of his body until his message was
	firmly established, with the four catergories of
	Buddhists ( viz. Bhikkhus, Bhikhunis, male and 
	female lay desciples) well-grouped on the Dhamma.
	เมื่อได้ตกลงพระหฤทัยดังนี้ ก็ได้ทรงทำสังขาราธิษฐาน
	คือตั้งพระทัยว่าจะทรงดำรงพระชนมชีพอยู่จนกว่า
	จะประกาศพระพุทธศาสนาตั้งลงได้โดยมั่งคง
	มีพุทธบริษัทบริบูรณ์	
	Now contemplating the person who would benefit
	by his teachings first of all, he thought of the two
	hermits, Alara and Uddaka, in whose demominations
	he used to dwell and study.
	ได้ทรงพิจารณาถึงบุคคลที่จะทรงแสดงธรรมสั่งสอนเป็น
	ครั้งแรก ได้ทรงระลึกถึงอาฬารดาบสและอุทกดาบส
	ซึ่งได้เคยเข้าไปทรงศึกษาอยู่ในขั้นแรก
	But he came to know clairvoyantly that they had
	earlier passed away.
	แต่ก็ได้ทรงทราบว่า ท่านทั้งสองนั้นถึงมรณภาพเสียแล้ว
	Then he recalled the Five Ascetics attending upon
	him while he was arduously practising self-mortification
	but leving him after he had stoped that practice in 
	favour of spiritual exertion.
	ต่อจากนั้น จึงได้ทรงระลึกถึงภิกษุ ๕ รูป อันเรียกว่า
	ปัญจวัคคีย์ แปลว่า มีพวก ๕ ซึ่งได้มาค่อยเฝ้าปฏิบัติ
	พระองค์อยู่ในเวลาที่ทรงลำเพ็ญทุกกรกริยา แต่ได้ทิ้ง
	พระองค์ไปเสีย เมื่อทรงเลิกทุกกรกิริยามาทรงลำเพ็ญ
	เพียรทางจิต
	In the same manner he knew they were at that time
	residing in the deer park o Isipatana, in the city
	of Benares.
	ทรงทราบว่า ภิกษุปัญจวัคคย์เหล่านั้น ได้ไปพักอยู่ที่ป่า
	อิสิปตนมฤคทายวัน แขวงกรุงพาราณสี 
	He then set out from Uruvela, heading for the deer park.
	จึงได้เสด็จออกจากบริเวณโพธิพฤกษ์ที่ตรัสรู้ ในตำบล
	อุรุเวลา เสด็จบ่ายพระพักตรไปสู่กรุงพาราณสี(ป่าอิติปตนะ)
	Here by the Commentators it was recorded that the Buddha
	left Uruvela in the morning of the fourteenth day of the 
	vaxing moon, in tyhe eighth lunar month, one day before
	the (later) period of the three-mont Rain Retreat.
	ในตอนนี้ พระอรรถกถาจารย์ได้แสดงว่า ได้เสด็จออก
	จากตำบลอุรุเวลาที่ตรัสรู้ในตอนเช้าของวันขึ้น ๑๔ ค่ำ
	เดือน ๘ หน้าวันเข้าพรรษา คือได้เสด็จไปตอนเช้า
	ของวันโกน
	He was said to arrive at his destination late in the 
	afternoon of the same day.
	และได้เสด็จไปถึงตำบลที่พระภิกษุปัญจวัคคีย์พักอยู่
	คืออิสิปตนมฤคทายวัน ในตอนเย็นวันนั้น
	However, according to the map, the distance between
	Uruvela, now known as Buddhagaya, to the deer park
	of Isipatana, now called Sarnath, is more than one 
	hundred miles.
	แต่ถ้าดูระยะทางตามแผนที่จากตำลอุรุเวลา ที่บัดนี้
	เรียกว่าพุทธคยา ไปถึงป่าอิสิปตนมฤคทายวัน บัดนี้
	เรียกว่า สารนาถ ก็เป็นหนทางถึงร้อยไมล์เศษ
	The Pali Canon, however, did not mention the time
	the Buddha spent for his journey, there being
	only the passages that he proceeded respectively
	(passing through various locatons on the way).
 	ในคัมภีร์ชั้นบาลีไม่ได้กำหนดวัน เป็นแต่เพียงได้บอก
	ว่าได้เสด็จไปโดยลำดับเท่านั้น
