Biography: Frank was an annoying and self-centered character. He was the butt of most of the characters jokes and almost everyone hated him. He was in love with Margaret and he went crazy when she got married (he got promoted though). He never liked his wife and was a complete army nut. He went AWOL after Margaret got married.
