We are a small family owned kennel, located in N. Wisconsin. Our goal is to promote, maintain and better the image of A.P.B.T.'s. Our Dogs are NEVER staked or chained outside. We purposely keep a small enough number so that each dog is an interactive part of our family. We choose our breeding stock with great thought; breeding only well tempered, healthy, quality dogs. Correct temperment, structure and substance are of the utmost importance to us along with drive and performance. Blending old style Ruffian lines with more classic modern lines to produce the best all around dog. All of our breeding stock have impressive pedigrees, along with each being loved family members. Our breeding selections are based on the theory that their are enough homeless "pets" at the shelters and that superior dogs are most likely to contribute their good qualities to succeeding generations! Judge's compare the dogs in the ring against the written description of the ideal specimen of each breed. We believe that conformation showing is an important aspect of any breeding program as the dogs the judge places (1st,2nd,3rd.4th) had the most characteristics described in the breed standard. How else does a breeder know if what they have comes close even? Breeding good dogs we feel is no accident. You study the standard, pedigrees and spend years developing a good foundation. There is great resonsibility, years of experience that go into breeding good dogs. We have been involved with the breed since 1998. We always strive to "breed up", carefully selecting dogs that can provide the genetic makeup to produce a sound, healthy, well tempered dog that closely conforms to the standard. The standard defines the mental and physical characteristics that give the breed distinction, which seperates it from all other breeds. Good, careful selective breeding determines whether or not your dog is a quality representative of it's breed. There are NO accidentail breedings at Tri Tek Kennel.
Our puppies are bred for quality not quantity in mind. All pups are dual reg. with U.K.C. & A.D.B.A.. All pups are sold on contract. $$ rebates are offered for UKC titles obtained, health testing and completed obedience courses. Local pups go with puppy kits. Our pups are all born and home raised indoors and are well socialized. It is our desire to secure responsible, permanent, loving homes for ALL our puppies. We offer the option to purchase outright, co-ownership to approved homes at a discount. Pet prices include spayed-neuter . Pups are micro-chipped. vacinated and wormed.
We always have time to help and speak with beginners because our breeds future relies on sincere, dedicated, new people who will take up the breeds cause defending it's reputation through educated careful selection and resonsible ownership. We feel that a good home is priceless! We hope to share this misunderstood lovely breed with other responsible enthusists!
