July 2003 - The trial begins.  Patty testifies against him from what I am told.  He also has to pay for Patty's medical bills since she has to have knee surgery due to the accident.  I dont know the whole details of the trial.  Hopefully he is punished for his foolish decision and mostly I hope he atleast shed a tear for you.  I know many of shed millions of tears already.
July 16th, 2003 - I made a better site for you Emmy.  I also joined MADD today.
July 22, 2003 - I wrote two poems for you last night.  One is an anger one and the other is a sad one called "Heaven in Emily's Eyes".
July 28, 2003 - I entered "Heaven in Emily's Eyes" on www.poerty.com contest
August 15th, 2003 - I was involved in a car accident.  Before I heard the crash but felt the jolt of the car hitting behind us, I seen your face and knew I was going to be okay. Thank you so much for watching over me.
August 2003 - Grandma Knauff was involved with an accident.  Don't worry Emmy, she is fine.  You was watching over her.
September 2003 - You have your own oratory award over the issue about abortion since you so higly was against it and I dont blame you.  I entered into the contest out of honor of you.  I hope you like my speech. Your dad told my mom that "he" got sent off for 4 to 6 months and wont be able to recieve his licences back til he is 21.
September 6th, 2003 - I recived a letter saying my poem, "Heaven In Emily's Eyes", is getting published.  I am so happy my work is becoming appreciated.
September 14th, 2003 - Today is the parade for Old Timer's Day Festival.  It seems different not seeing you ride your horse in it.  You mom was riding hers and your sisters were in it as well.  Mary won a compation in July for the Adams County Fair with her horse. I know you were proud of her that day.
September 18th, 2003 - I entered your site to Teen Angels Forever in the Light.
September 19, 2003 - A nice woman name Saralyn Smith made you a beautiful banner. Thank you so much Saralyn.
September 2003 - Our friend Brandi Haire gave birth to her son, weighing 9 lbs. 10 oz. I talked to her, she misses you so much as well.
October 5th, 2003 - I entered your site to People Killed by Careless Drivers, Drinking and Drivng Don't Mix and DUI Memorials.  Today, I also visited you. Sorry I took me so long but everytime I pass the cemetary, I would look til it was out of sight.  Today is the last day to enter in for your oratory award.  I can't wait to hear who wins.
October 6th, 2003 - I started this online journal for Emily.
October 7th, 2003 - You recieved a tear drop today on the AbStine site. They also made a memorial with the tear as well.  I hope you like it.  I think its really pretty.  Thank you AbStine for making the tear drop for Emmy.  
October 9th, 2003 - Today your site is number 17 on the top sites of the Teen Angels site. Thank you to all the voters who made that possible.  Emmy and I thank you guys so much.  I was so pleased that this site was number 17 and we had 86 votes and not even being on there for a month yet.  And again, Thank you to all the voters.
