Gathering outside to Bless the Bikes and get a group shot.

Everyone has a full stomach and it has warmed up outside by now to the 40es.

James finally got most of the group together for this shot. Some had already hit the road before he could round us up. I have referred to James Lane several times because he was the one who took these pictures and was graceous enough to let me have them for my web site. Thats him on one knee in front of my trike and his wife Sally just to his right with the silver jacket on. the yellow Goldwing that you see from time to time, in these photos, is his.

I have one more picture to put up. On the way back the group ran into my son Shayne. This is him and Everett comparing notes. They both have pretty big note books.

I have a praise report. after we left the Cafe, John Brown and I left the group at Alexanderia. They continued on to ride 96 across the dam and John and I turned to go back by New Middleton. When we came to the turn at New Middleton to go onto 141, I heard a clicking noise in one of my wheels. First thought was a threaded drum. We turned on 141 and as we headed down this grade I notices as I applied the brakes I could hear this sound again. I had on so many clothes I could not bend my neck to look at the wheels so I decided to turn in at the New Middleton School and take a look. John rode on as he had not missed me. I got off the trike and looked at the left wheel. There were no lug bolts in it. I had rolled about 30 ft. with not a lug bolt one. They were all lying in the road about 30 ft away. The axle protrusion was all that kept the wheel on. Was God there or not? I think He was. No,I know He was.
