We reserve the right to refuse sale and/or sales of any slot machine to anyone at our discretion.  A buyer understands and warrants to Triple Bars Enterprise that the product(s) the buyer is purchasing (the “Product”) is being sold for home use and entertainment purposes only and the buyer represents and warrants to Triple Bars Enterprise that his purchase thereof is strictly for home use and entertainment purposes.  The buyer further represents and warrants that the Product will be used solely in a private place, persons using the Product will not receive any economic benefit and that except for the advantage of skill or luck, the chance of winning is the same for all participants.

Buyer understands that applicable state law, including but not limited to the state of the buyer’s domicile, may provide criminal and/or civil penalties for operation of the product if used in a manner that is nonconforming with such state law.  The buyer accepts full responsibility for using the product in full compliance with applicable laws.  The buyer agrees that Triple Bars Enterprise cannot anticipate, influence or control manners of use by a buyer of the product and that Triple Bars Enterprise is relying justifiably on a buyer’s representations and warrants, contained herein, in making this sale to the buyer.  As an inducement to Triple Bars Enterprise to make the sale covered by this agreement a buyer grants Triple Bars Enterprise its general release, thereby RELEASING, ACQUITTING and FOREVER DISCHARGING Triple Bars Enterprise, its owner and employees and assigns of and from any and all actions, causes of action, claims, demand, costs, loss of profits, expenses and/or compensation on account of or in any way growing out of any and all known and unknown damages resulting or to result from the purchase and sale, and/or use of all gaming products purchased now or hereafter by the buyer from Triple Bars Enterprise.
