90-day
Limited Warranty Information
Our 90-day limited warranty is offered free on
all refurbished slot machines and video machines. While some of our customers
enjoy repairing their games themselves, it is not really a good idea if you are
not certain about what you are doing.
Any work not done by Triple Bars Enterprise or its agents will
automatically void your warranty. If
you have any problems with your slot machine, call us at (512) 576-9727, we
will do everything possible to resolve the problem over the phone. If during the
90-day limited warranty your slot machine fails to operate, the defective part
will be repaired or replaced. It is the customer’s responsibility to ship
the slot machine to our place of business for repair. Triple Bars Enterprise reserves the
right to decide whether to repair or replace the defective product with a
similar but not necessarily identical product depending on availability at no
additional charge to the customer. When contacting Triple Bars Enterprise for any
warranty repair or replacement, please provide proof of purchase and the serial
number of the machine. The 90-day
limited warranty is NOT TRANSFERABLE and applies only to the original buyer.
The 90-day limited warranty does not cover the
following:

Fuses
2.
Light
Bulbs
3.
Glass
breakage
4.
Game
abuse or misuse
5.
Stuck
or jammed coin
mechanisms (caused by improper coin
  usage)
6.
Physically
damaged monitors, displays and controls
7.
Game
cleaning and/or routine maintenance
8.
Damage
caused by acts of god, weather, water, lightning or
electrical
damage
9.
Vandalism
10. Neglect
NO
RETURNS OR REFUNDS ON ANY RECONDITIONED SLOT MACHINES AND VIDEO MACHINES.
