THIS AGREEMENT EXPRESSES THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ON WHICH YOU MAY USE THIS SOFTWARE AND/OR OTHER TRISTAR PRODUCTS FILE (I.E.- SPRITES) THAT THE AUTHOR IS FURNISHING OR MAKING AVAILABLE TO YOU WITH THIS AGREEMENT (COLLECTIVELY, THE "PRODUCTS"). READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE PRODUCTS. BY INSTALLING, COPYING OR OTHERWISE USING THE PRODUCT, YOU AND YOUR COMPANY (COLLECTIVELY, "YOU") ARE ACCEPTING AND AGREEING TO THE TERMS OF THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT. IF YOU OR YOUR COMPANY ARE NOT WILLING TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT INSTALL OR USE THE PRODUCT.

1. LICENSE GRANT

On the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Author grants you a nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use the product on any personal computer.

2. PROPERTY RIGHTS AND RESTRICTIONS
2.1-The Products created by TriStar International Software may be used on any personal computer. The Products may be shared with any other computer if, the author of the Product is given the credit.
2.2- Any Product may be edited by the user. The changed product may not be distributed, without, once again, giving appropriate credit to the original author.
2.3- This product is freeware, and shall always remain freeware. Distribution, for any charge, is unexceptable.
2.4- Some exceptions may be made, if the exception is personally approved by the original Product author.

3.NO WARRANTY

AUTHOR IS PROVIDING THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES "AS IS". AUTHOR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, CONDITIONS OR REPRESENTATIONS (WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, ORAL OR WRITTEN) WITH RESPECT TO THE SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES. AUTHOR DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL FUNCTION WITHOUT INTERRUPTION OR BE ERROR FREE, THAT AUTHOR WILL CORRECT ALL DEFICIENCIES, ERRORS, DEFECTS OR NONCONFORMITIES OR THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL MEET YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS.

4. OTHER REMARKS

This license does not apply to the several sprites, backgrounds,sounds, or scripts provided. In several occurences, these were not originally created by TriStar, but were taken from freeware collection.
