Tri-State Property Group Inc. (TSPGI) began as Bunton & Whitmore Properties in 2002, specializing in the acquisition, sale, and leasing of residential properties. In 2004, Bunton and Whitmore incorporated to become Tri-State Property Group Inc. in response to abandoned property issues in Indianapolis, Indiana, and to paradigm the redevelopment of dilapidated residential and commercial buildings in Indiana, Illinois, and Iowa.

TSPGI acquires commercial and residential properties that require strategic redevelopment plans in order to have market potential. We work with neighborhood residents and business partners to develop community as we redevelop properties. Our REBUILD program utilizes resources to renovate and remodel homes while maintaining affordability for potential homeowners.
