Plan A 5 Property Minimum -15% of monthly commission per property. Includes standard service. - Collection of payment - 24 hr. availability for property owner - 24 hour maintenance - Pre-screening (credit check/criminal history) if desired - Preparation of lease agreements, notices to tenants, eviction notices, completion of legal documents (This also includes power of attorney or retention of legal representation) - Monthly inspections of property - Monthly report to owner - Account Services - Advertise available properties on Tri-State web site |
