Super Mario Sunshine, by Nintendo. I give it a 9/10. Great game, solid gameplay, awesome graphics, and a smashin' soundtrack that will leave you humming for hours on end all manifest themselves in this delightful game. You start out on a plane going to Delfino Island, but when you arrive, you find it has been covered in a thick goop, by someone who looks suspiciouly like Mario. You recieve FLUDD, which you use to clean up the island, and save Delfino. You will jump, slide and splash your way through the game, using 4 different nozzles, each with its own unique funtion. The two default nozzles, the cannon nozzle, and the hove nozzle. The cannon allows you to shoot a stream of water in any direction for a short amount of time. The hover allows you to shoot twin streams of water from FLUDD, and hover in the air for some time. You'll find it more useful if you jump first. Anyways, it turns out that Bowser's son is the real culprit, and you end up fighting him in a volcano. In the game, there are probably about 2 hours worth of optional levels, for you only need 70 shine sprites to reach Bowser. Each level is greatly detailed, and changes a little bit every time you visit. When you play this, be ready for hours of fun! By: Daniel Kwan |
