If Jesus was GOD?

If Jesus was GOD?
By Osama Abdallah
How can Jesus be GOD Almighty in the light of the following verses?
If Jesus was GOD, then why in Mark 12:29 Jesus said "Here, O Israel: The Lord our God is one Lord." The words "our God" indicate that Jesus had a higher God over him, a stronger God than him. Jesus didn't say "Your God". He said "our God" which includes Jesus as the creation of GOD.
If Jesus was GOD, then why did he ask for GOD's Forgiveness in Luke 23:34? Please visit How can Jesus be GOD Almighty when he asked for GOD's Forgiveness?
If Jesus was GOD, then why Mark 15:34 says "And at the ninth hour Jesus cried out in a loud voice, "Eloi, Eloi, lama sabachthani?"—which means, "My God, my God, why have you forsaken me?"
If Jesus was GOD, then did Paul say in 1 Corinthians 8:6 "yet for us there is but one God, the Father, from whom all things came and for whom we live; and there is but one Lord, Jesus Christ, through whom all things came and through whom we live."
If Jesus was GOD, then why in John 20:17 Jesus said "Do not hold on to me, for I have not yet returned to the Father. Go instead to my brothers and tell them, 'I am returning to my Father and your Father, to my God and your God.' "
If Jesus was GOD, then why in John 8:28 Jesus said "I do nothing of myself"? Can't GOD do anything he wills?
If Jesus was GOD, then why in John 14:28 Jesus said "My Father (GOD) is greater than I"?
If Jesus was GOD, then why in Luke 23:46 Jesus said "Father (GOD), into thy hands I commend my spirit"?
If Jesus was GOD, then why in Mark 10:18 Jesus said “And Jesus said to him, ‘Why do you call me good? No one is good but God alone.”?
Also in Luke 18:19 Jesus said only GOD Almighty is Good: ""Why do you call me good?" Jesus answered. "No one is good—except God alone."
If Jesus was GOD, then why in Matthew 26:39 Jesus begged his GOD to have mercy on him and to pass the cup to death (kill Jesus in another words) before Jesus goes through the pain of crucifixion?
If Jesus was GOD, then why in John 18:38 he didn't reply when he was asked about the truth?
If Jesus was GOD, then why in Matthew 24:36 Jesus said "No one knows about that day or hour, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father." Jesus told his followers that no one (including Jesus) knows when the judgment day will come, only GOD knows?
If Jesus was GOD, then why in Isaiah 11:2-3 GOD had put the spirit of fearing GOD in Jesus? Also see GOD's Spirit in the many others beside Jesus.
If Jesus was GOD, then why in John 5:31 Jesus told his followers that if he (Jesus) bears witness of himself, then his record is not true?
If Jesus was GOD, then why in John 5:30 Jesus told his followers that he can't do a single thing of his own initiative?
If Jesus was GOD, then why in John 5:36-38 Jesus said that GOD had assigned him (Jesus) work and GOD is a witness on Jesus?
If Jesus was GOD, then why in John 5:32 Jesus told his followers that they have never seen GOD at anytime nor ever heard his voice?
If Jesus was GOD, then why did he pray to his GOD in Luke 5:16?
If Jesus was GOD, then why in Matthew 26:39 Jesus fell on his face and prayed to his GOD?
If Jesus was GOD, then how come in Hebrew 5:7 he prayed and cried for GOD to hear him and give him mercy by saving him from death?
If Jesus was GOD, then how come in John 1:18 he said "No one has ever seen God, but God the One and Only, who is at the FATHER'S side, has made HIM known." Where do you see Trinity in this Verse?
If Jesus was GOD, then how come in John 5:37 he said "And the FATHER who sent me has himself testified concerning me. You have never heard HIS voice nor seen HIS form," Jesus and the GOD are different. People heard Jesus, but never heard GOD.
The "God" title given to others beside Jesus:
In Isaiah 9:6 and the Old Testament:
Christians claim that since the predicted Prophet's name (Jesus) will be called "Mighty God" in Isaiah 9:6-7, then therefore, he must be GOD Almighty Himself.
Let us read the Verses: "For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given, and the government shall be upon his shoulder; and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God (EL Gibor), The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace. Of the increase of his government and peace there shall be no end, upon the throne of David, and upon his kingdom, to order it, and to establish it with justice and righteousness from hence forth even forever. The zeal of the Lord of hosts will perform this. (Isaiah 9:6-7)"
It is quite unfortunate that in the old Jewish culture, people used to be named "Godly" names. This is quite misleading and deceiving to Christians when they try to define the deity of Jesus.
Psalm 82:6 "I said, 'You are "gods" (Elohim; plural to El); you are all sons of the Most High.' " "gods" here in Hebrew is "Elohim", which is plural of "EL". It is the same exact thing as "EL" used for Jesus in Isaiah 9:6, since "gods" is a combination of several "EL"s. And as clearly shown here, for someone to be called "god" or "God" in the Bible it wouldn't make him GOD Almighty Himself, the LORD or Jehovah. I also want to point out that any "Son of GOD" in the Bible is a "god" or "God".
The current Bible's "Son of God" expression is not accurate and is far away from the Truth as far as Islam is concerned. Allah Almighty never beget any son. He corrected the Jews' and Christians' "Son of God" misunderstanding in the Noble Quran:
"And they say: "(God) Most Gracious has begotten offspring." Glory to Him! they are (but) servants raised to honour. (The Noble Quran, 21:26)"
The people whom the Jews and Christians call "sons of God" in the Bible, are only servants of Allah Almighty that were raised with honour. These people are Allah Almighty's Messengers and Prophets. GOD Almighty doesn't need a son nor a wife to help Him in anything. He is the Absolute, One, Living True King, and GOD Almighty:
"Say: He is God, the One and Only; God, the Eternal, Absolute; He begetteth not, nor is He begotten; And there is none like unto Him. (The Noble Quran, 112:1-4)"
"Son of God" means "Servant of God" in Hebrew. Bible agrees with Islam, not with pagan trinity".
1-  Jerusalem was called "The LORD our Righteousness". "In those days Judah will be saved and Jerusalem will live in safety. This is the name by which it will be called: The LORD Our Righteousness (Yahweh tsidkenű).' (From the NIV Bible, Jeremiah 33:16)"
2-  Abraham called a mountain "The LORD will Provide" (Yahweh Jireh). "So Abraham called that place The LORD Will Provide (Yahweh Jireh). And to this day it is said, "On the mountain of the LORD it will be provided. (From the NIV Bible, Genesis 22:14)"
3- Ezekiel means "Strong God". It also means "Yahweh is Strong God".
4- Elijah. This name is short for EliJehovah or "Eli Yahweh". Eli means my GOD, and Yahweh is the name and title of GOD Almighty in the Bible. Does "Eli Yahweh" or Elijah mean that the person is Jehovah Himself?
5- Israel means "Challenge God", "he struggles with God", or "fight with God". It also means "Defeat God".
6- Gabriel also means "Strong God".
7- Isaiah or Jesaiah, which is short for "Jesa Yahweh" means "Salvation from Yahweh". It could also mean "Salvation".
8- Joshua, which is short for "Josh Yahweh" means "Yahweh Saves".
9- Elli, which is a common name for men before and after Jesus, means "God". Psalm 82:6 "I said, 'You are "gods"; you are all sons of the Most High.' " "gods" here in Hebrew is "Elohim", which is plural of "EL". I also want to point out that ANY "Son of GOD" in the Bible is a "god" or "God" as clearly shown in Psalm 82:6.
Note: The trinitarian liars who translate the Bible into English play dirty tricks about capitalizing and lowering the "g" in "God" to prove their trinity lie, while they fully know that it is the same word used for ALL!
10- Immanuel, Emanuel, Emmanuel, Immanuel, or Imanuel are the SAME NAME and are another name for Jesus, means "With us is God". This name is also common for men before and after Jesus.
11- Elihu means "My God is He".
12- Gedaliah means "Jehovah is Great". Again, Gedaliah is short for "Gedal Yahweh". Is the person who was called "Jehovah is Great" GOD Almighty Himself? People before and after Jesus are given this name. See 2 Kings 25:22-24.
13- Eliadah or Eliada means "God knows".
14- Eliab means "my God is Father".
15- Elzaphan means "God is Protector"
16- Eliakim means "God raises".
17- Elisha means "God is Salvation".
18- Eleazar means "God has helped"
19- Judah or Yahawdah means "Praised". It generally means "Praised by Yahweh".
20- Hashabiah means "Jehovah has considered".
21- Mattithiah means "Gift of Jehovah".
22- Michael (nick name "Mike") means "who is like God". Yet, non is like Him, the Almighty. See Exodus 8:10.
23- Jesus, Yahshua, Yeshua or Yashua are the SAME NAME, and mean "Salvation". It doesn't mean "God Saves" as Christians claim. Jesus (Yeshua) means in Hebrew "salvation" and not "God saves". Yud Shin Waw Ain - this name doesn't include the word "God".
Joshua (Yehoshya) - Yod Hey - Waw Shin Ain Isaya (Yeshayah) - Yod Shin Ain - Yod Hey .
These two names are combination of Yod, Shin, Ain - salvation and Yod, Hey -Yahwe.
Yosh Hey (Yah) is common short from Yahwe, for example Alleluia comes from "Halelu Yah" - "Glorify Yahwe".
In the above examples, we clearly see that the old Jewish culture gave "Godly" titles to people who are not in anyway divine.
Notice that in Isaiah 9:6, it clearly says "and his NAME shall be...." This clearly proves that "Mighty God" is just a name given to the coming Prophet (Jesus). Since this is just a name, this also clearly proves other people in the old Jewish culture were named that name before, even if they're not mentioned in the current Bible.
Have Isaiah 9:6 said "and he will be God Almighty Himself" or "and he will be the God Almighty" then this would be different, because we now would be talking about not just a NAME given to someone, but rather GOD Almighty Himself.
Important Note: There is not a single Verse in the New Testament where Jesus was called directly or named directly "Mighty God" or "God". Notice in Isaiah 9:6 it clearly says "and his name shall be...." Jesus was called "Son of GOD" as many others in the Bible were called Sons of GOD as shown below in this article, but he never even once was addressed as "Mighty God" or "God", nor he ever claimed to be "Mighty God" or "God".
The Jews believe that Isaiah 9:6 was referring to somebody else, other than Jesus. The Book of Isaiah which obviously contains Isaiah 9:6 came 700 before the birth of Jesus. The Jews had absolutely no problem calling somebody who came 700 years before Jesus "El Gibor (Mighty God)". That person's name is Hezekiah. The Jews believe that Isaiah 9:6 is referring to Hezekiah and not Jesus, and they did indeed address Hezekiah as "Mighty God". This proves that many people before
Jesus were named even at birth "El Gibor (Mighty God)", just like people were also named "Ezekiel (Strong God)", "Elli (God)", "Gabriel (Strong God)", etc...
The "Mighty God" translation:
"Mighty God" in Isaiah 9:6 is "El Gibor". This is not exactly "Mighty God", but close. "Strong" is more correct (but it is different from strong of "hazak"). Here both El and Gibor are nouns - this is short full spell is "El Hu Gibor".
Anyway "El Gibor" and "Gabriel" are same thing. They both mean "Strong God". "Gabriel" is an angel's name in the Bible.
The word "Gibor" in Isaiah 9:6 and the word "Gibor" of Gabriel have exactly the same root, and they are both the same word. The word itself can also be translated as "Man of God".
By the way, "EL" can also mean "Judge". So "El Gibor" can also be translated as "Strong Judge".
The "Mighty God" translation is just one possibility. This type of differences in translation exists throughout the Hebrew language, where words' meaning change depending on the sentence. That is why there is no one single solid Bible Translation!. Theologians have difficulties agreeing on some key issues in translations. That's why we see so many different Bibles with so many different translations.
But anyhow, even if "Mighty God" was the right translation, it is still just a NAME given to Jesus and nothing more. It doesn't in anyway prove that he is the creator of the Universe. Many people as shown above were given the misleading "Godly" titles before Jesus.
Did Jesus ever claim to be "Mighty God" or "God"?
From Sheikh Ahmed Deedat's work; may Allah Almighty always be pleased with him:
Let us look at John 10:30 "I (Jesus) and the Father are One." This verse is severely misunderstood and is taken out of context, because beginning at verse John 10:23 we read (in the context of 10:30) about Jesus talking to the Jews. In verse John 10:28-30, talking about his followers as his sheep, he states: "...Neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand. My Father who gave them me, is greater than all, and no man is able to pluck them out of my Father's hand. I and the Father are One."
These verses prove only that Jesus and the Father are one in that no man can pluck the sheep out of either's hand. It does not at all state that Jesus is God's equal in everything. In fact the words of Jesus, " My Father, who gave them me is Greater than
ALL...," in John 10:29 completely negates this claim, otherwise we are left with a contradiction just a sentence apart. All includes everyone even Jesus.
Also let us look at verse John 17:20-22 "That the ALL may be made ONE. Like thou Father art in me, I in thee, that they may be ONE in us. I in them, they in me, that they may be perfect in ONE". In this verse, the same word ONE used, the Greek, HEN is used, not only to describe Jesus and the Father but to describe Jesus, the Father and eleven of the twelve disciples of Jesus. So here if that implies equality, we have a unique case of 13 Gods.
Of the verse in question, "I and the Father are One" in (John 10:30), we also need to take note of the verses following the 30th verse in the text. In those verses, the Jews accuse Jesus falsely of claiming to be God by these words. He however replies, proving their accusation wrong by their own text: "The Jews answered him saying,'For a good work we stone thee not, but for blasphemy, and because that thou being a man, makest thyself a God '" (John 10:33).
Jesus replies to this accusation saying: "Jesus answered them, 'Is it not written in your Law, "I said ye are gods. If He can call them gods, unto whom the word of God came, say ye of him whom the Father hath sanctified and sent into the world, "Thou blasphemeth," because I said I am the son of God?'" (John 10:34-36).
Let us look at Acts 2:22 "O you men of Israel, hear these words: Jesus of Nazareth, a MAN approved of God among you..." Peter in the Book of Acts testifies about Jesus. Jesus thus even to his disciples, as to early Christians, not poisoned by Pauline doctrine, was a man, not a God.
Question: In John 10:30 Jesus says, "I and the Father are one [hen]." Doesn't this show that they are one in essence?
This statement does not suggest either a dual or triune deity. What John's Jesus meant by the word hen ("one") becomes clear from his prayer concerning the apostles: "That they may be one [hen], just as we are one [hen]" (John 17:22), which means that they should be united in agreement with one another as he (Jesus) is always united in agreement with God, as stated: "I [Jesus] always do the things that are pleasing to Him [God]" (John 8:29).
There is thus no implication that Jesus and God, or the twelve apostles are to be considered as of one essence.
Does calling Jesus "Son of God" prove that he is GOD?
Son of God" is same as "Servant of God" in Hebrew. Bible agrees with Islam, not with pagan trinity.
Now in Isaiah 9:6 "....there has been a son given to us, ......... ",
Psalm 82:6 "I said, 'You are "gods" (Elohim; plural to El); you are all sons of the Most High.' " "gods" here in Hebrew is "Elohim", which is plural of "EL". It is the same exact thing as "EL" used for Jesus in Isaiah 9:6, since "gods" is a combination of several "EL"s. And as clearly shown here, for someone to be called
"god" or "God" in the Bible it wouldn't make him GOD Almighty Himself, the LORD or Jehovah. I also want to point out that any "Son of GOD" in the Bible is a "god" or "God".
Please visit: The "GOD (El)" title was given to others before and after Jesus in the Bible.
Also, let us look at John 3:16 "For God loved the world so much that he gave his only begotten Son, in order that everyone exercising faith in him might not be destroyed but have everlasting life." Ironically, Trinitarians from my personal experience with them rely on this verse (John 3:16) very heavily when trying to prove that Allah or Jehovah came down to earth to die for our sins. They claim that Jesus being God's unique son, makes him the only Son for God, which ultimately lead us to the conclusion that Jehovah is Jesus.
Also, let us look at Hebrews 11:17 "By faith Abraham, when God tested him, offered Isaac as a sacrifice. He who had received the promises was about to sacrifice his one and only son...." Abraham had two sons: Ishmael and Isaac. Ishmael was 13 years older than Isaac. Yet we see that "his one and only son" expression was used for Isaac. The Bible uses expressions like this to magnify people or to glorify someone on a certain occasion. The Bible in this verse glorifies Isaac for being the chosen sacrifice to God, according to what the Jews and Christians claim in their corrupted Bible. So Jesus being God's "only begotten Son" in John 3:16 doesn't make him God nor the only Son of God.
Please visit Isaac and Ishmael in Islam and Christianity.
Now, Let us look at Exodus 4:22 "Thus saith Jehovah, Israel is my son, even my firstborn." Here we see in this verse that Israel is not only God's so called "Son", but also his first born !!. Does this mean that Jehovah is Israel? Does it mean that we must worship Israel as Jehovah or Allah? Of course not !!!
Also, let us look at Jeremiah 31:9 "I am a father to Israel, and Ephraim is my firstborn." Ephraim in this verse means Israel. This verse is similar to Exodus 4:22.
Let us also look at Psalm 2:7 "....Jehovah had said onto me (David), thou art my Son; this day have I begotten thee." Here in this verse we see that God not only called David his "Son", but also had made him his begotten Son !!!.
Swapping Game: Let us play a little swapping game between the verses of John 3:16, Exodus 4:22, Jeremiah 31:9, and Psalm 2:7. Let us take "his only begotten Son" from John 3:16 and replace it in Exodus 4:22, and let us take "even my firstborn" from Exodus 4:22 and replace it in John 3:16.
Do you honestly think that the little swap game above would change anything in the meaning? Would you still have believed in Jesus as Jehovah if the above swap was true?
The above swap proves that the word "Son" doesn't mean actual biological "Son" at all. It just means that Jesus is a "Son" of Jehovah in a way that Jehovah loved him so much that he chose him to be his messenger to the people of Israel.
Another Swapping Game: Let us replace "I begotten thee" from Psalm 2:7, and replace it in John 3:16, and take "his only begotten Son" from John 3:16 and replace it in Psalm 2:7
Again, do you honestly think that the little swap game above would change anything in the meaning? Would you still have believed in Jesus as Jehovah if the above swap was true?
Clearly, the above swap proves that the word "Son" doesn't mean actual biological "Son" at all. It just means that Jesus is a "Son" of Jehovah in a way that Jehovah loved him so much that he chose him to be his messenger to the people of Israel
Jesus worshiping his God:
Let us look at Luke 5:16 "And he (Jesus) withdrew himself into the wilderness and prayed to his God." Here we see that Jesus had a God, a supreme God, who is higher than him and stronger than him. Jesus was God's servant and he prayed to God so God would strengthen him more and reinforce him with patience and desire to continue his mission in spreading the word of God Almighty.
Also, let us look at Matthew 26:39 "And going a little way forward, he (Jesus) fell upon his face, praying and saying 'My Father, if it is possible, let this cup pass away from me. Yet, not as I will, but as you will.' " Here in this verse we see two things: (1) Jesus bowed down on his face and prayed in submission to his GOD in obedience. (2) Jesus was begging his GOD to let the cup pass away from him. Jesus did not have the power to will it for himself and make the cup pass away from Jesus. GOD had to do it for Jesus !. How can Jesus be the Creater of this Universe, the all knowing, most powerful??!!
Also, let us look at Matthew 26:42 "Again, for the second time, he (Jesus) went off and prayed, saying: 'My Father, if it is not possible for this to pass away except I drink it, let your will take place.'" My comments on this verse are similar to the above one (Matthew 26:39), Jesus begged his GOD to will what Jesus wanted to happen. Jesus couldn't will it by himself.
Also, let us look at Matthew 26:44 "So leaving them, he (Jesus) went off and prayed for the third time, saying once more the same word." Here we see that Jesus for the third time begged his GOD to will what Jesus wished for in Matthew 26:39 above. How can Jesus be the Creater of this Universe if he (1) begs, and (2) lacks power??!!
Do People and Angels bowing down to Jesus in Worship really prove that he is the Creator of the Universe?
Absolutely not!
Trinitarian translators seem to enjoy very much twisting the truth about Jesus by trying SO DESPERATELY HARD to prove that he is the Creator of the Universe. They translate their Bibles in the way it makes Jesus appear to be the Father himself in the Bible. I will debunk this lie for them and expose them and prove that they are nothing but deceiving satans who will lead their followers into the Ultimate Destruction of Hell!
Let us begin
Jesus clearly defined who must be religiously worshiped in the Bible:
" 'All this I will give you,' he (Satan) said (to Jesus), 'if you will bow down and worship me.' Jesus said to him, 'Away from me, Satan! For it is written: 'Worship the Lord your God, and serve him only.' (From the NIV Bible, Matthew 4:9-10)"
In this verse, we clearly see that Jesus refused to obey to Satan's commands by taking Satan as his GOD or Superior. Jesus told him that non shall be worshiped except GOD Almighty. If Jesus was GOD Almighty Himself as Trinitarians falsely claim, then his answer to Satan would be completely different!
"They worship me in vain; their teachings are but rules taught by men. (From the NIV Bible, Matthew 15:9)"
"They worship me in vain; their teachings are but rules taught by men. (From the NIV Bible, Mark 7:7)"
Important Note: Please visit the "The English-translated word "Worship" doesn't mean so in the Greek Bible. Some popular Bibles don't even have the word "Worship" in them for Jesus" section below to see that the word "Worship" is a clear mistranslation and it must not be taken literally to falsely prove that Jesus is GOD Himself.
In the above verses, we see Jesus indirectly referring to what we call today the "Trinitarian Christians". He said that they will follow the religion in the wrong way, because they will follow the man-made religion, or the religion (rules) made by men.
This exactly fits the Trinitarians today, because they believe in chopping GOD Almighty into three pieces and claim that he is a triune god. Well, did you know that the word "Trinity" doesn't even exist in the Bible?!
I mean, if Trinity is the very central faith for the Christian belief, as Christians often refer to it as the "Holy Trinity". Then wouldn't you agree with me that the word itself, "Trinity", should at the very extreme least exist in the Bible?!
Otherwise, wouldn't you be following men's "rules (Mark 7:7)" of interpretations and conclusions and basing your entire destiny upon them?
Trinitarians must admit that "Trinity" is a very controversial belief in the Bible, because it has no solid concrete ground to stand on what so ever. As I said, the word itself doesn't even exist in the Bible. This false dogma is nothing but a misleading Satanic deception that fools men with weak hearts.
"Yet a time is coming and has now come when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth, for they are the kind of worshipers the Father seeks. (From the NIV Bible, John 4:23)"
Again, here we clearly see how Jesus defined the true worship. It is the Worship of GOD Almighty alone! There is no "trinity worshiping". This is all bogus man made lies and "rules (Mark 7:7)" that misinterpret what Jesus really meant.
Did David worship Saul when he prostrated his face down to the ground before him?
Let's look at the following verses:
1 Samuel 24
7 With these words David rebuked his men and did not allow them to attack Saul. And Saul left the cave and went his way.
8 Then David went out of the cave and called out to Saul, "My lord the king!" When Saul looked behind him, David bowed down and prostrated himself with his face to the ground.
9 He said to Saul, "Why do you listen when men say, 'David is bent on harming you'?
Notice how David called Saul "my lord". While this is elaborated on much greatly in this article, but I just find it quite ridiculous that trinitarian Christians use "Jesus is lord" as a desperate proof for their lies about Jesus being our so-called "Creator".
Also, when David prostrated his face down to the ground to Saul, was he worshiping Saul as if Saul was GOD Almighty?
More examples:
2 Samuel 14:4
4 When the woman from Tekoa went to the king, she fell with her face to the ground to pay him honor, and she said, "Help me, O king!"
2 Samuel 14:22
22 Joab fell with his face to the ground to pay him honor, and he blessed the king. Joab said, "Today your servant knows that he has found favor in your eyes, my lord the king, because the king has granted his servant's request."
People dared to praise Jesus as GOD. Jesus refuted them:
“And Jesus said to him, ‘Why do you call me good? No one is good but God alone. (From the NIV Bible, Mark 10:18)
"Here, O Israel: The Lord our God is one Lord. (From the NIV Bible, Mark 12:29)"
"My Father (GOD) is greater than I. (From the NIV Bible, John 14:28)"
"If I testify about myself, my testimony is not valid. (From the NIV Bible, John 5:31)"
"By myself I can do nothing; I judge only as I hear, and my judgment is just, for I seek not to please myself but him who sent me. (From the NIV Bible, John 5:30)"
"...You have never heard his (GOD's) voice nor seen his form...(From the NIV Bible, John 5:37)"
"Father (GOD), into thy hands I commend my spirit. (From the NIV Bible, Luke 23:46)"
"No one knows about that day or hour, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father. (From the NIV Bible, Matthew 24:36)" Not even Jesus knows when the Hour will come! How in the World can he be the Creator of the Universe?!
"1. A shoot will come up from the stump of Jesse; from his roots a Branch will bear fruit.
2. The Spirit of the LORD will rest on him (Jesus)-- the Spirit of wisdom and of understanding, the Spirit of
counsel and of power, the Spirit of knowledge and of the fear of the LORD (Jesus fearing his GOD)--
3. and he will delight in the fear of the LORD. He will not judge by what he sees with his eyes, or decide by what he hears with his ears; (From the NIV Bible, Isaiah 11:1-3)"
If Jesus had the spirit of fearing GOD in him, then how in the world is he the Creator of the Universe?! Please visit The Spirit of GOD Almighty came upon many people before and after Jesus in the Bible.
In Islam, Allah Almighty ordered the Angels to bow down to Adam:
It is important to know that the word "worship" in the Middle East doesn't always apply to GOD Almighty alone. Even in Islam, Allah Almighty ordered the Angels to bow down to Adam peace be upon him (which by the way also exists in the original Bible as the next sub-section proves):
"And behold, We said to the angels: 'Bow down to Adam:' and they bowed down: Not so Iblis: he refused and was haughty: He was of those who reject Faith. (The Noble Quran, 2:34)"
"It is We Who created you And gave you shape; Then We bade the angels to bow down to Adam, and they bowed down; not so Iblis; he refused to be of those who bow down. (The Noble Quran, 7:11)"
"When I have fashioned him (Adam) and breathed into him of My Spirit, Fall ye down in obeisance Unto him. So the angels prostrated themselves, all of them together: Not so Iblis: he refused to be among those who prostrated themselves. (The Noble Quran, 15:29-31)"
"Behold! We said to the angels: 'Bow down unto Adam': They bowed down except Iblis: He said: "Shall I bow down to one whom Thou didst create from clay?' (The Noble Quran, 17:61)"
In Islam, Allah Almighty is One, True, Absolute GOD. Allah Almighty Said in the Noble Quran:
"Say: He is God, the One and Only; God, the Eternal, Absolute; He begetteth not, nor is He begotten; And there is none like unto Him. (The Noble Quran, 112:1-4)"
Prophet Muhammad peace be upon him said:
Narrated 'Umar: "I heard the Prophet saying, 'Do not exaggerate in praising me as the Christians praised the son of Mary, for I am only a Slave. So, call me the Slave of Allah and His Apostle.' (Translation of Sahih Bukhari, Prophets, Volume 4, Book 55, Number 654)"
This story also exists in the Jewish Old Manuscripts:
In the Book of "The Life of Adam and Eve" or "The Lives of Adam and Eve", the story of how all evil began is mentioned in it. After GOD Almighty Created Adam, peace be upon him, He Ordered the Angels to bow down to him in honor and respect. All did except satan, for he was too arrogant.
Jesus said "only GOD is good" in Mark 10:18 and Luke 18:19:
Let us look at what Jesus said regarding his status and GOD Almighty's:
""Why do you call me good?" Jesus answered. "No one is good–except God alone." (From the NIV Bible, Mark 10:18)"
""Why do you call me good?" Jesus answered. "No one is good—except God alone. (From the NIV Bible, Luke 18:19)"
Isaiah 11:1-3
1. A shoot will come up from the stump of Jesse; from his roots a Branch will bear fruit.
2. The Spirit of the LORD will rest on him (Jesus)-- the Spirit of wisdom and of understanding, the Spirit of counsel and of power, the Spirit of knowledge and of the fear of the LORD (Jesus fearing his GOD)--
3. and he will delight in the fear of the LORD. He will not judge by what he sees with his eyes, or decide by what he hears with his ears;
As we see in Isaiah 11:1-3, there is:
1- Spirit of Wisdom and Understanding.
2- Spirit of Counsel and of power.
3- Spirit of Knowledge.
4- Spirit of the fear of the LORD.
Also, the verses above say "and he will delight in the fear of the LORD", which clearly proves that Jesus is under GOD Almighty and can not be equivalent to Him or part of Him, because GOD Almighty has no fear in Him. He Created fear, or the Spirit of Fear, and He installs it on whom ever He pleases. But He Himself doesn't have that Spirit in Him!
The verses above also say "He will not judge by what he sees with his eyes, or decide by what he hears with his ears;...", which further proves that Jesus is not part of GOD Almighty, because GOD Almighty Speaks and Hears whatever He Pleases!
The Bible's New Testament also records Jesus saying: ""Why do you call me good?" Jesus answered. "No one is good–except God alone." (From the NIV Bible, Mark 10:18)"
""Why do you call me good?" Jesus answered. "No one is good—except God alone. (From the NIV Bible, Luke 18:19)"
If Jesus doesn't consider himself as "good", then how can any sane person put him on the same level as GOD Almighty?
I have yet to see a good answer to this one by any polytheist
trinitarian.
Also, another important point to notice in Mark 10:18 and Luke 18:19 is the word "alone": ""Why do you call me good?" Jesus answered. "No one is good–except
God alone." (From the NIV Bible, Mark 10:18)"
""Why do you call me good?" Jesus answered. "No one is good—except God alone. (From the NIV Bible, Luke 18:19)"
Jesus in this verse is clearly giving exclusivity to GOD Almighty when he said "alone". If Jesus was truly part of GOD Almighty and/or the trinity lie was true, then Jesus, to say the least, would not have said that.
"Show me in the Bible where Jesus said he was not GOD!"
I sometimes get asked by trinitarians to show them where Jesus said that he WAS NOT GOD Almighty in the Bible. Ironically, it is like having this scenario:
Q. Show me where John Doe said that he was not the President of the United States! Show me the quote now!!
A. He just said he works as a computer programmer you brainless idiot! :-)
Jesus said he was not good. He can't possibly say I am your Creator and by the way I am not good. The question itself shows the complete ignorance about what's written in the bible and reveals the total blasphemy and darkness that polytheist trinitarian pagans are living in.
Jesus is not GOD! The GOD Almighty of the Old Testament BOASTS about Himself! He countlessly reminds the Jews about Worshiping Him and only Him because He is the "One who took them out of Egypt", and He's the "One who Saved them from Pharaoh", etc... Not only that, but He also Punishes to death anyone who profanes His Holy and Blessed Name.
Jesus can not be this Holy and Mighty and Arrogant and Absolute GOD Almighty when he, for instance, escaped to Egypt for his life from King Herod! The GOD Almighty's Divine Characteristics in the Old Testament can not in anyway fit Jesus who is not "good" and who runs for his life from a creation of GOD Almighty.
Did Jews continually try to stone Jesus prove that he claimed to be GOD?
For what reason were the Jews continually trying to stone Jesus? Wouldn't that prove that Jesus claimed to be GOD? At least according to the current Bible?
This is what the Trinitarian Christians like to believe. They believe that since Jesus did miracles such as bringing the dead back to life, curing the blind, and healing the sick, then this without a doubt make him GOD Almighty Himself. And now they claim that since the Jews continually tried to stone Jesus, then he must without a doubt be GOD Almighty Himself.
My response to the Trinitarian Christians is simple, Jesus was not unique in anything, except he was born from a virgin.
People too in the Bible's Old Testament did bring the dead back to life, cure the blind and heal the sick. How about considering them GOD Almighty Himself also? Read 1 Kings 17:22, 2 Kings 4:34, 2 Kings 6:17,20, 2 Kings 5:14, and 2 Kings 4:44 for more details.
And yes, the Jews did cause for several other Prophets to be stoned and killed before Jesus. How about considering these Prophets GOD Almighty Himself? Let us look at what Jesus said about the Jews killing their Prophets:
"O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, you who kill the prophets and stone those sent to you, how often I have longed to gather your children together, as a hen gathers her chicks under her wings, but you were not willing. (From the NIV Bible, Matthew 23:37)"
Here we clearly see that Jesus peace be upon him is giving up on the Jews. He preached the Truth to them for 3 years and saw not much fruits from them. He instead, saw nothing but arrogance and stubbornness.
So what did Jesus say or do to cause the Jews to try to stone him?
As we clearly saw above, the Jews stoned and killed many Prophets of GOD Almighty. These Prophets were not GOD or part of GOD. Jesus is no different. He too was rejected by the Jews when he brought the Truth to them. Let us look at what he said that caused the Jews to try to stone him:
"'I tell you the truth,' Jesus answered, 'before Abraham was born, I am!' At this, they picked up stones to stone him, but Jesus hid himself, slipping away from the temple grounds. (From the NIV Bible, John 8:58-59)"
Jesus existing before Abraham doesn't prove that he is GOD Almighty. In the Old Testament, the Bible presents Jeremiah as being a prophet before he was conceived in his mother's womb; "Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, before you were born I set you apart; I appointed you as a prophet to the nations. (From the NIV
Bible, Jeremiah 1:5)" Yet no one says that his pre-human existence qualifies him for deit y.
And as to "I am" that Jesus used, no it wasn't the same "I am" that GOD Almighty used in the Old Testament. GOD used "HO ON", while Jesus used "EGO EIMI". If Jesus wanted to tell the Jews that he was claiming to be God he should have at least remained consistent in the use of words or the whole point is lost. How many people in that age would have said "I am," in answer to questions in everyday life. Billions. Are they all gods? Of course not!
Please visit Jesus saying "I am" for more details and proofs.
Another similar incident where Jesus was going to be stoned is Jesus saying "I and the Father are One."
The Jews thought in John 10:30-33 that Jesus claimed to be God. He responded to them by saying:
"Jesus answered them, 'Is it not written in your Law, 'I have said you are gods'? If he called them 'gods,' to whom the word of God came--and the Scripture cannot be broken--what about the one whom the Father set apart as his very own and sent into the world? Why then do you accuse me of blasphemy because I said, 'I am God's Son'? (From the NIV Bible, John 10:34-36)"
At first, they thought Jesus was claiming to be GOD. Then, he refuted them by saying that he only claimed to be the Son of God, as GOD Almighty had many Sons in the Bible before Jesus.
Again, there is no proof what so ever that Jesus peace be upon him was GOD Almighty or the Creator of the Universe. In the section below, you will see how Jesus refuted those who tried to praise him as GOD.
Jesus claimed that whoever saw him saw the Father. Wouldn't that prove that Jesus is GOD Himself (i.e., the Creator of the Universe)?

Well, what about the verse
"He that hath seen me hath seen the father."
Let us look at the context:
"Philip saith unto him, Lord, shew us the Father, and it sufficeth us. Jesus saith unto him, Have I been so long time with you, and yet hast thou not known me, Philip? he
that hath seen me hath seen the Father; and how sayest thou then, Shew us the Father?"
John 14:8-9
Philip wanted to see God with his own eyes, but this is impossible since no one can ever do ever do that. The Bible says:
"No man hath seen God at any time,"
John 1:18
"No man hath seen God at any time,"
1 John 4:12
So Jesus simply told him that his own actions and miracles should be a sufficient proof of the existence of God without God having to physically come down and let himself be seen every time someone is doubtful. This is equivalent to for example
1.   John 8:19: "Then said they unto him, Where is thy Father? Jesus answered, Ye neither know me, nor my Father: if ye had known me, ye should have known my Father also."
2.   John 12:44 "Jesus cried and said, He that believeth on me, believeth not on me, but on him that sent me."
3.   John 15:23 "He that hateth me hateth my Father also."
4.   Matthew 10:40-41 "He that receiveth you receiveth me (Jesus), and he that receiveth me receiveth him that sent me. He that receiveth a prophet in the name of a prophet shall receive a prophet's reward; and he that receiveth a righteous man in the name of a righteous man shall receive a righteous man's reward."
If we want to insist that when Philip saw Jesus (pbuh), he had actually physically seen God "the Father" because Jesus "is" the father and both are one "Trinity," and Jesus is the "incarnation" of God, then this will force us to conclude that John 1:18, 1 John 4:12, ..etc. are all lies.
Well, is Philip the only one who ever "saw the father"? Let us read:
"Not that any man hath seen the Father, save he which is of God, he hath seen the Father."
John 6:46
Who is this who "is of God" and had seen the Father you ask? Let us once again ask the Bible:
"He that is of God heareth God's words: ye therefore hear them not, because ye are not of God."
John 8:47.
And
"Beloved, follow not that which is evil, but that which is good. He that doeth good is of God: but he that doeth evil hath not seen God"
3 John 1:11.
Have all people who have done good also physically seen God?
In "The New Catholic Encyclopedia" (Bearing the Nihil Obstat and Imprimatur, indicating official approval) we get a glimpse of how the concept of the Trinity was not introduced into Christianity until close to four hundred years after Jesus (pbuh):
" ....... It is difficult in the second half of the 20th century to offer a clear, objective and
straightforward account of the revelation, doctrinal evolution, and theological elaboration of the Mystery of the trinity. Trinitarian discussion, Roman Catholic as well as other, present a somewhat unsteady silhouette. Two things have happened. There is the recognition on the part of exegetes and Biblical theologians, including a constantly growing number of Roman Catholics, that one should not speak of Trinitarianism in the New Testament without serious qualification. There is also the closely parallel recognition on the part of historians of dogma and systematic theologians that when one does speak of an unqualified Trinitarianism, one has moved from the period of Christian origins to, say, the last quadrant of the 4th century. It was only then that what might be called the definitive Trinitarian dogma 'One God in three Persons' became thoroughly assimilated into Christian life and thought ... it was the product of 3 centuries of doctrinal development" (emphasis added).
"The New Catholic Encyclopedia" Volume XIV, p. 295.
They admit it!. Jesus' twelve apostles lived and died never having heard of any "Trinity" !
Did Jesus leave his closest and dearest followers so completely and utterly baffled and lost that they never even realized the "true" nature of God? Did he leave them in such black darkness that neither they nor their children, nor yet their children's children would ever come to recognize the "true" nature of the One they are to worship? Do we really want to allege that Jesus was so thoroughly incompetent in the discharge of his duties that he left his followers in such utter chaos that it would take them fully three centuries after his departure to finally piece together the nature of the One whom they are to worship? Why did Jesus never, even once, just say "God, the Holy Ghost and I are three Persons in one Trinity. Worship all of us as one"? If he had only chosen to make just one such explicit statement to them he could have relieved Christianity of centuries of bitter disputes, division, and animosity.
Top Harpur writes in his book "For Christ's Sake":
"What is most embarrassing for the church is the difficulty of proving any of these statements of dogma from the new Testament documents. You simply cannot find the doctrine of the Trinity set out anywhere in the Bible. St. Paul has the highest view of Jesus' role and person, but nowhere does he call him God. Nor does Jesus himself anywhere explicitly claim to be the second person in the Trinity, wholly equal to his heavenly Father. As a pious Jew, he would have been shocked and offended by such an Idea....(this is) in itself bad enough. But there is worse to come. This research has lead me to believe that the great majority of regular churchgoers are, for all practical purposes, tritheists. That is, they profess to believe in one God, but in reality they worship three.."
The Encyclopaedia Britannica states under the heading "Trinity":
"in Christian doctrine, the unity of Father, Son, and Holy Spirit as three persons in one Godhead Neither the word Trinity nor the explicit doctrine appears in the New Testament,… The Council of Nicaea in 325 stated the crucial formula for that doctrine in its confession that the Son is 'of the same substance [homoousios] as the Father,' even though it said very little about the Holy Spirit. Over the next half century, Athanasius defended and refined the Nicene formula, and, by the end of the 4th century, under the leadership of Basil of Caesarea, Gregory of Nyssa, and Gregory of Nazianzus (the Cappadocian Fathers), the doctrine of the Trinity took substantially the form it has maintained ever since."
Allah Almighty in the Noble Quran challenges the Jews and Christians to prove that only their way will lead to Salvation: "And they say: "None shall enter Paradise unless he be a Jew or a Christian." Those are their (vain) desires. Say: "Produce your proof if ye are truthful." (The Noble Quran, 2:111)"
The book of Ezekiel and the Old Testament clearly and directly refutes the "Salvation through trinity" lie!
The following verses from the Book of Ezekiel were sent to me by brother Nuh; may Allah Almighty always be pleased with him:
"I, even I, am the LORD; and beside me there is no saviour. (From the King James Version Bible, Isaiah 43:11)"
"Hear, O Israel: The LORD our God, the LORD is one. (From the NIV Bible, Deuteronomy 6:4)"
" "But if you do warn the wicked man and he does not turn from his wickedness or from his evil ways, he will die for his sin; but you will have saved yourself. "Again, when a righteous man turns from his righteousness and does evil, and I put a stumbling block before him, he will die. Since you did not warn him, he will die for his sin. The righteous things he did will not be remembered, and I will hold you accountable for his blood. But if you do warn the righteous man not to sin and he
does not sin, he will surely live because he took warning, and you will have saved yourself." (From the NIV Bible, Ezekiel 3:19-21)"
As we clearly see, the Old Testament clearly and directly refutes the nonsense about salvation can only be obtained through believing in Jesus Christ as "GOD" who died on the cross for your sins. How do these verses from the book of Ezekiel supposed to agree with all of the lies in the New Testament about Salvation? And ironically, and as we've seen above, the topic of Salvation in the New Testament is in contradiction! The Bible has the worst contradictions and inconsistencies in the most important topic, Salvation!
So what is the way that Jesus talked about in John 14:6 then?
When Jesus said: "I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. (From the NIV Bible, John 14:6)", if we take the meanings of this verse in the same context in Luke 10:25-28 and the other verses that teach about love, harmony and forgiveness, then we would clearly see that the way that Jesus talked about is the goodness in you.
If you love GOD Almighty with your heart and soul and you are a good person and love people and always try to be the best example to every person you meet (as clearly emphasized and stretched in the verses above), then you will win the Eternal Life. Accepting Jesus as the mediator between you and GOD Almighty (believing that Jesus died on the cross to purify your sins) is not necessary to win Eternal Life, and according to the Early Christians' doctrines during the 1st and 2nd centuries, Jesus never got crucified anyway, which is exactly what Islam also claims.
Like I said above, it certainly wasn't necessary for the men who asked the question about "Eternal Life" to believe in trinity in order for them to be saved. Jesus assured them Paradise if they believed otherwise
