Try to conceptualize; a chair can be a boat,  a bed can be a glider.  Play, relax, and enjoy.
Sing the song of being alive.
Write anything ; a few words,  a thought, a poem, a letter.
Do nothing and be brave about it.
Take pleasure in the art of living ; dine, really dine; prepare, cook and eat.
Pray - even to nature - openly, be yourself.
Learn to love another unconditionally.
Wonder at the wonder of it all.
Allow yourself to get lost in the forest of your imagination.
Celebrate life  quietly.
There is more punishment to be had "by" our sins than we are likely to receive "for" our sins.
Dig yourself a pit  and you are likely to fall into it.
The main problem with lying is that liars rarely find themselves able to believe anyone else.
Walk the internal path that leads to peace.
