We all want to be made to feel valuable, it is a basic human need.

If we consider ourselves to be valuable we will surely take better
care of ourselves, and if we value others,
we will take better care of them.

You must learn to respect others before you can respect
yourself.

As much as we'd like them to,
problems do not just go away.

Try to avoid seeing life as a matter of can'ts, couldn'ts, and have tos.

Do you see the world,
rather than yourself,
as the source of your problems?

If you go through life intent on making others miserable,
the only person that you will destroy will be yourself.

No problem can be solved until an individual assumes
the responsibility for solving it.

By avoiding responsibility you prevent yourself from
growing spiritually.

Alter your perspective from which you look at life,
and new possibilities will open up.

At some point during your search for the meaning of life,
don't forget  to do a little living.

Understanding does not come by way of intellectual study,
but through experience.

Once life becomes a habit,
we cease to learn.

As we get older it is important that we adapt ourselves to trust the young.

Make your heart laugh and your sadness will sing.

Everything in life is just what it seems to be-- there are no hidden meanings.

Question with your heart, as well as your head.

The meaning of our life is what each of us brings to it.

Overcome your fears but never stop doubting yourself.

Listen to the opinions of others, but judge by your own standards.

Travel through life as you will,
but a heartless path will lead you nowhere.

See with your mind as well as your eyes.

Do not mistake personality for self.

Do not put conditions on your happiness,
you will never be satisfied.
